New to Bethlehem moved next door so I ordered.Two step in the front door your blocked by folding tables with 2 soy 2 duck n 2 hot souce packs 2 forks n 2 apoones..To my right sitting at a table was an older woman...patrons mother .??picking at her toes..wich i tried to ignore..walked home with my food and the first thing I tried was the crab ragoons..they were overcooked ..dry n had NO filling..!! next was the chicken wings that were oil soaked and obviously really old by their dry taste and no flavor..next was egg drop soup wich was slimey with hardley any actual egg in it...the egg roll was all breading and NO filling....Im starting to take it personal...the garlic shrimp had absolutely no flavor or spice with 3 shrimp in it.....sweet n sour chicken..oil soaked n obviously very old...the pork fried rice no flavor at all ..so I called them and asked for a refund they became very argumentative.It seemed very rehursed and the norm to them...after arguing and asking them for a refund upon my return of the order they were having none of it and hung up on me.? ?????I couldn't believe it..20 mins later I recieved a call from. the popo saying they didn't want me at their establishment bla bla bla.......on the call she claimed she had plenty a regulars that love the food...? saint no way??? am I the only one????
This family run business takes pride in providing the freshest most authentic great tasting food. Our family orders take out from here many times throughout the year and always have a great meal. The husband and wife owners work very hard to provide you with the best food they possibly can. They ARE the team that cooks all the meals and take pride in doing so. This place won me over. It truly is a honor to eat here. Definitely a difference compared to others around. You know it’s a good Chinese restaurant when they have miso soup. They also put a smile on my face every time I visit. I’m going to miss this time place when I go back home. Thank you and I hope the best for y’all.

I've been ordering take out from here for a few years, and have always had a positive experience.The food is really good. I've tried many items on the menu. My favorites are the pork lo mein or general tso dinner combos, and Singapore style chow mei fun.The value of the dinner combos is unbeatable. $10 to completely fill up on tasty food, and often have some left over. This place is run by a kind and hard working family. I appreciate that they didn't jack up their prices like so many others have over the past couple years.In short, you get both quality and value here. Many places are one or the other. I'll be back again soon for more :)

I’ve been eating here frequently since it opened and highly recommend it. The food and service are authentic and awesome. The place is owned and operated by a nice Chinese family. I’ve seen some reviews making negative comments about interactions with the owners and I would just remind folks that English is not their native language. With a little patience and effort on both sides they’ve been very helpful and they are always welcoming. The Singapore Chow Mei Fun is my “go to” here if you like spicy, but its all good.
