If I could give this place no stars I would absolutely do so. This has been the WORST Chipotle I’ve been to. When I walked in I was already very hesitant because nobody wanted to come up front. Which I get there are times when things need to be done or help out. But the guy that took my order didn’t want to and kept giving me small portions of everything and then one of his friends came in with his child and was very loud and obnoxious. So instead of finishing my order he just started talking to him and prolonging finishing my order. They really have a lot to work on at this location.

Clean ( nearly new facility) well lit. A little vague on $$ amounts for the add ons ( like guacamole, chips, queso) makes a $13 bowl cost $20 but it would feel incomplete without the extras.

Shoutout to Manager Alex for the phenomenal customer service! Big thanks to our server David as well — this was our first visit to this location, and the food was incredibly flavorful. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us, even though it was close to closing time. Portions were generous, service was smooth, and the whole team communicated so well. We left very satisfied! Drinks were refreshing as well

Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. You’d think when you ask for double protein and extra lettuce you’d get a nice amount, especially for the price you pay, but no. I kid you not they gave me two pieces of meat, barely any lettuce, and little to no cheese. They basically gave me a bowl of rice 😭

The staff were friendly when they interacted with me; however, the interaction was limited. No one was at the counter upon entry. Instead, they were gathered near each other on their phones while playing profanity laced music at a loud volume.
I order my food and paid by card. The payment confirmation/receipt was never provided. The cashier simply walked away out of sight with my food container on the employee side of the counter. I had to reach over to grab it and I bagged it myself.

Honestly I don’t understand what’s wrong with this chipotle. I’ve been to it so many and this one has to be by FAR the absolute worst one. They constantly never have multiple toppings, they barely give you any food and if you ask a little more it’s met with an attitude, the people they have checking you out at the register always have a nasty attitude, and the one girl who checked me out today threw my food in front of me. I don’t know if it needs new management or new employees but something’s got to change because yall are going to keep losing customers with the nasty attitude of the employees there. You work for chipotle, do your job or get out, you chose to work there nobody forced you.

Worse chipotle I've ever been to. Back to back low portion burrito Bowls. Pay 5-6 bucks extra chicken. They barely give anything. I'm over this place. Hope they go out of business.

Saw Chipotle driving home. Seemed like a new store. Updated menu was new to me so I asked the manager on duty and he couldn't be more accommodating. This will be my go to store from now on.

Person at checkout was extremely rude at checkout, slamming the empty cup on the counter for the soda I ordered. When I asked for her to not do that she did it again. To make matters worse, she kept staring at me and my family for the rest of our meal. We told the manager, but we won’t be back. The customer service at checkout was reprehensible and unacceptable.
