“I had a fantastic breakfast at Mis Raices Restaurant and Bakery! The Colombian twist on classic breakfast dishes was a delightful surprise. The Eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked, with a rich, creamy hollandaise that paired beautifully with the flavors. The Colombian waffles were a standout—crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and served with unique toppings that added an authentic touch. The service was just as excellent, with a friendly and attentive staff that made us feel right at home. Even though we couldn't finish our meals, we couldn't resist taking home something from the bakery. Highly recommend for a memorable Colombian-inspired breakfast experience!“

“This is a short review since this is the first time there. I only ordered the empanadas, first Ive tried all the empanadas in the lehigh valley & they either empty, over fried or have no flavor. These were big & flavorful & dont forget to try their pique 🔥 Next time I’ll try their food👊👍“
