Vegetarian review: The sandwiches are good but their best is the mexican corn soup - it's flavorful and spicy with an solid kick! My favorite.
As usual, the vegetarian sandwiches are a bit of an afterthought lacking in flavor and defaulting to vinaigrette dressings - you can change some of the items up and get a more satisfying sandwich.

Friendly service with delicious freshly made sandwiches . We ordered a Dave's Favorite, a Twisted Turkey, and a Minuteman Masterpiece. All sandwiches were very good. They also have gelato and other treats. They offer comfortable Indoor and outdoor seating in a warm and friendly setting . Prices are fair and the sandwiches are filling. Parking available in their lot with easy access off of rte 512 and 22 and just down the street from Wegmans in Bethlehem. Well worth a visit. Will definitely be back. Loved it.

One of the best delis in the Bethlehem area. The sandwiches are made to order and always fresh.
I'm from Indiana, so maybe a deli sandwich there and a deli sandwich in PA are not the same. The sandwich here, in my case the "Devon's favorite" was delicious... it was also about twice the size that we would get back home. The price for what we got was on par with how the local economy is going. Great small deli atmosphere, and feel. The Gelato is amazing and the mochalatto (coffee blended with gelato) was wonderful. I'd add a picture of my sandwich, but I inhaled it and the crab bisque before I remembered to take a photo.

Tasty and hearty artisanal Deli sandwiches, and delicious gelato! Ingredients are always fresh. Prices are reasonable (maybe 25 or 50% more than what you'd pay at Subway. Good chips and other snacks. Decent amount of seating.

This place has quickly become our go-to spot for gelato and lunch. The gelato is absolutely delicious! We tried the BLT for lunch, and every ingredient, including the bread, was incredibly fresh. Our little one loved having the freedom to walk around out front while we enjoyed our meal, which made the experience even better as there are seating in the entrance and ample space.

Stopped in for lunch. Great variety of sandwiches. Boars Head meats. Different buns and rolls. Got the X Factor. Very tasty. A touch off the beaten path but had non-stop business while I was there. Must be doing something right.
