First time in and definitely not the last. I ordered sandwiches and sides for a party. Was not disappointed. Not your typical run of the mill plater.

9 minutes to close and they were kind enough to make us some very delicious sandwiches. Fresh meats and good balance with veggies. I can't wait to come back earlier in the day to get the gelato.

Still the best sandwiches in the Lehigh Valley, hands down. Been coming to their various locations over the years, and every visit has been just wonderful. From the fresh made sandwiches to the homemade gelato, all their product is top quality!

Dave’s has the best and freshest sandwiches in the Valley. They have tons of different combinations and ingredients that you can choose from, along with snacks, drinks, soups and gelatos. The customer service here is always wonderful. Definitely a place to check out if you want a good lunch.

Dave’s has been around since a tad after my high school days. I am 54 and last ate there when it first opened, so it has been a while. After today, I won’t return. I am far from cheap. I’ve eaten all over the world and have had two of my best meals from a food cart in Kuwait $ and Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas $$$$$$, so I know excellent food can be found anywhere….but not here. I spent over $30 for a soda, small soup, chicken “breast”sandwich, and small broccoli salad. I feel like I was robbed in plain sight. This is NOT worth over $30, no way!!!….not for what you get, nor the taste. The picture shows half of the full sandwich I ordered. The menu says chicken “breast”. I made the mistake of thinking it was actual chicken meat pulled from the bone…nope…premium lunch meat. I do not like a great deal of meat in my sandwich which is a good thing, there wasn’t much. When I opened it, the bottom roll was soggy and gross. I ate 1/4 and couldn’t force myself to ingest any more of the sandwich. The broccoli salad was drowning in mayonnaise, I mean, drowning! I couldn’t eat more than two bites. It was a mayonnaise salad, not a broccoli salad. The soup was mostly broth, minimal chicken or vegetables…..all for more than $30. What a waste of time, calories, and money! I always wondered how this place could stay open with the minimal hours open. My theory is that nearby large companies cater from here and since the company absorbs the tab…that’s their livelihood and to round that out, throw in some “want to be” local Not Real Housewives of Bethlehem who recently moved into the area who grab their “gourmet” (not!) sandwiches here “to lunch” because of the ridiculous prices….to make them feel important, not knowing what gourmet really is and spending, ridiculously, to appease something missing in their lives. No matter, please save your money. You can get much better food for half the price at many, many, other places, including your own refrigerator.

I was surprised by the space inside and the lunch was absolutely delicious. The Cajun Chicken Wrap is definitely on my list of favorites. I even treated myself to a Vanilla Gelato and it was amazing. Great Lunch spot.

My sandwich was awesome. They have outstanding breads/rolls. But the price is definitely stopping me from buying regularyo

Dave's sandwiches are hands down the best in the valley, and maybe on the whole east coast. I've ordered 7 of them in the last 2 weeks. There so many options to choose from, and if you don't like something on the menu, just tell him to surprise you.

I was in Bethlehem for training on Monday, and seen this deli pop up on my GPS for lunch, so I was excited, thinking... Should I get a ham sandwich, maybe a turkey sandwich,... Oh.... How about a chicken sandwich? When I got there, there was a sign... They are closed on Monday. So I went and got subway... :(

I would have to try again. It wasn’t bad, but way expensive for what we received. The sandwiches were small and probably had as much if not LESS fillings than Subway. I should have taken pictures.

Exceptional sandwiches with wonderfully fresh and generous ingredients. Their weekly special wraps and sandwiches are great fun to try because their inventive combinations are delicious. Staff are generally upbeat, service-oriented. My all time favorite is their Reuben w corned beef--perfect every time.Biggest downside is lunchtime can get really backed up. But, it's worth the wait.
