The manager who ever she is wouldn’t give me her name she is digestingly rude canceled our order without telling us she did we waited for an hour till I said let me call they wouldn’t put her on the phone they kept playing hop potato with the phone the workers covering for her and won’t give me her name she is snaughty. All because we asked for a special request on how we want our wings done . I said well done I don’t want them quacking . Is that simple some people like em well done is that too hard to do ???!! This young generation is terrible she needs to not deal with customers if she can’t talk to them correctly or professionally. Awful and they didn’t refund me my money I’ll be going in person tomorrow

I just wanted say . Last my delivery I didn't not tip. I don't tip when I have low income . I was very satisfied delivery services . It not bout money . It about customers service . U have to understand when people like me has low income n they didn't tip .... U. It not bc they didn't want to . It bc order is expensive .... I think u guys did awesome job for just delivering to me . I appreciate ur work u do . I do apologize if u took it wrong way .... But I just didn't have enough for tips . So sorry to all delivery drivers who is working hard . Thank u so much . Have good weekend.

Extremely rude over the phone couldn’t even place an order because the guy continued to correct everything I said.. At 1st tells me they don’t deliver to our address but we ordered a week ago.. Then pushed me through to the manager who definitely didn’t respond as a manager or even speak like one.. Been ordering with this dominoes 20 plus years.. This is the 1st time I ever dealt with ignorance at this location.. SMH This new generation are horrible with the worst work ethics!

I had trouble with app so had to call to place order They messed it up I ordered 2 perfect combos Each combo comes with 2 medium pizzas 1 cinnamon twist and 1 parm bites Well I received my 4 pizzas and only 1 cinnamon twist and 1 parm bites

Jon, one of the GMs, was extremely kind and hospitable. I had placed an order just before a power outage, and they were unable to fulfill my order. I stopped by the store and got the attention of a delivery driver who tagged in Jon. He told me he was going to refund my order and also said he would make it for me the next day. Despite the power outage not being Dominos fault, he made sure I’d be taken care of for the inconvenience. I appreciated it very much and my order was perfect.
we order from this dominos often - usually through uber eats and almost always delivery (obv it’s uber eats). their service is unmatched. always timely and always with a smile ! we thank you and your staff for the best dominos in the valley !!

This place here needs new management. I always placed my order through the app so every time I order to have it delivered I always ask for garlic on the crust on the app. The person making the pizza mostly never puts garlic on the crust n if I ask for extra sauce I get it dry. And now they charge extra for the sauce. So if I’m paying for it. They should get it right. I have work at a pizza place before and on the screen it will tell u what the customer wants on there pizza so they need to learn how to read. I decided to start picking up my order instead of getting it delivered. And I had no problem before asking for extra garlic on the crust until today when the assistant manager said no. He said their aren’t allow to do it. What ever happened to customers are always right. This will be the last time I’m ordering from this location. They never get the order right. I would not recommend this store. And for delivery drivers are the only nicest people there. Sorry I can’t take care of u guys anymore but the people who works inside mess it up for all the drivers that works hard to earn tips. Good luck drivers

We ordered a gluten free pie and we were given a regular crust. Called in and were offfered no remedy or customer service measure of any kind. These pies have a pretty low cost to them relative to the customers repeat business. The employees clearly aren’t well trained or don’t care. Ultimate the franchisee can rest back on the brand name and ignore these kind of issues, it’s sad when mom and pop stores though wild do more to make their customer happy than these large chains ever do or will.
