So I always get food from this dominos. They always have it ready hot & fresh. One time they messed up but the manager made it correct right away! I'm very satisfied with this store! All the employees and managers are so kind as well ❤️🩹

I order to the wrong dominos address on the app as I go to different ones in different regions and they immediately refunded the wrong order even after fully cooked pizza. I’ve had same issue with Pizza Hut and they didn’t refund. I was very impressed with the service.

Always messes up delivery. Wrong toppings, squished pizzas, cold food, long wait times (over an hour) etc. We have given them more than enough chances. Always ruins our dinner. 3/3 fails.

First time in my my life I ordered from Domino's tonight for family dinner. We ordered the special, any pizza any toppings. The pizza arrived, the driver Robert was friendly. We did not like the marinara sauce that was on the pizza and therefore could not eat it. I called the store I spoke with an employee who then transferred me to the "Manager" what a rude and nasty piece of work! I explained to her the situation and that I had paid over $30 in food and I would just like to change the sauce. I told her only half of a slice had been eaten but I had the whole two pizzas to return. She told me that there's nothing she could do about it that I could not have two "free" pizzas. Are you serious? I asked, I'm not looking for two free pizzas, we only ate half a slice, we just wanted a replacement, she then hung up on me. I called back the second time and was transferred to her again and asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me. I told her I was going to call the corporate office and she laughed and said ' have a good night sweetheart " and hung up on me again, AGAIN ! I found out her name, I won't say how but her name is Milda. She should not be a manager behaving like this and treating customers poorly. Despicable, rude and nasty! I've filed a complaint with corporate . I will never, ÑEVER order from Domino's again, that's a promise! $32 is a lot of money for most people these days and I don't have it to throw away. Once every few months my husband and I treat our kids for pizza, what a mistake I made from ordering from Domino's. Update: I got in touch with the regional manager that same evening, what a breath of fresh air. He told me that he would take care of everything and have the two pizzas delivered to me ASAP. He apologized for her appalling behavior even though it wasn't his fault. I will definitely be ordering from Domino's again but not at this location.

The food was not hot, more room temp. The crus of the pizza very tough. According to the tracker our food left the store at 504 pm and didn't arrive until 635 pm. We are about 10 min away, I did call the store. Very poor customer service , I was told it was out for delivery and hung up on. I do not recommend ordering from here.

I used to love this place, but the general care for people in the neighborhood has gone down. Speeding down my very narrow street. And combative with the public. Also, bring Fritz back. At least, I knew someone cared in he building.
