Worst pizza place in Bethlehem. My family waited for 45 minutes for a large pie. When we were about to leave due to time constraints, the lady that served us finally gave us our pizza. We told her we had to go due to an event. So we told her to put our pizza in a box. It didn't EVEN fit and she kept touching it with her BARE HANDS! She EVEN asked us for a tip afterwards even though the service was terrible. When we were about to eat in the car the pizza was COLD!!!! NEVER COME HERE AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

I'm kinda torn with this place. So I am a delivery driver and a customer so on deliveries I tend to purchase food in my local area markets. So today 10/29/2025 I had a pick up order there and decided to try out the Pizza because I own property about 3 minutes away. So after giving the counter guy my delivery information I ordered two slices for myself. My order came first but then the customer's order was ready so the guy looked around and said to the white couple behind me that he could not stand those people. He completely looked through me as I was still standing in front of him. So I replied who were you referring to meaning those people and he said the delivery people. (Mind you I am African American) So he just shoved the order to me. I didn't want to make a scene so I just took the order and my food and walked out. So here's my dilemma. The insane part about it is that the pizza is great. So I don't know what to think because I am a delivery driver but I'm African American so either way I was disrespected. No apologies just shoved the order at me and I have to be the bigger and better person and let it go.

Went to pick up a take out menu yesterday morning and ordered food for dinner, at check out I was charged $1 more for the sandwiches than that was listed on the menu, the tuna hoagie had 75% lettuce and onions and very little tuna, the veal parm. sandwiches was skimpy, veal was as hard as a rock, dry and burnt, it went right in the garbage.. Awful and Disgusting!

Just left Westgate Pizza. Place was dirty, garbage on the floor and did not see workers washing or sanitizing hands between handling of food or money. No basic hygiene used at all. Watched counter person take slice from tray toss in the oven, took it out and bit into it and then place it back in oven.
The food tasted okay, but certainly not the place we have loved coming to for years. Don't know if we will be back again.
