The most important thing about any restaurant you would go to is consistency. Don Juan (Mexican food) in Bethlehem is absolutely perfect with consistency.

Ordered a burrito bowl and the flavors were wonderful! Very happy with the quality and quantity of the bowl. Husband had a shrimp taco and quesadilla and loved it as well. Service was very friendly.
