Donerds has a wide selection of donuts and other premium baked goods (e.g., cannoli and macaroons) with options for coffee, tea, cold brew and bottled bevvys. Service was great and the apple fritter and coffee were on point. I would recommend if you’re in Bethlehem PA.

Donerds makes some of the best donuts around. fresh, creative, and packed with flavor. The shop has a fun, welcoming vibe that makes it just as enjoyable to hang out as it is to grab a box to go. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving something sweet and unique. 10/10

The vegan donut isn’t really a donut. More like a marzipan pound cake.
it's made with almond flour, so the marzipan flavor definitely comes through loud and clear. you can see it's very flat on the bottom, so it must not rise very much while baking (in a pan)
it's very mildly fluffy, but for the most part, it's pretty dense, and after chewing for a little bit has a paste-like texture.
it's good for what it is, but if you go in expecting a donut, you will be disappointed and feel misled.
we got the last vegan donut in the case at 7:30 pm on a friday, so plan accordingly.

Just okay, not much better than the average grocery store donut. The dough itself is a touch dry, more dense than fluffy (although I stopped in towards the end of the day). And the fillings all of the donuts we got were quite bland, sort of like freezer desserts where you can tell they’re thickened with corn starch instead of egg yolks or cream.
Crème brûlée donut tasted like nothing and the filling was like vanilla pudding, cream (or salt) nowhere to be found. The space was pretty and the staff were all very friendly though.
Just wanted to comment & leave a note as someone on the ADS who has lived in the Lehigh Valley for over ten years which is to say this business is amazing having not ever had any food here. Conscious hosting of community-focused & supported events is incredibly important for fostering healthy, vibrant towns & cities and to cut a long story short the instant I read ownership response to a, frankly, obnoxiously-nasty & entitled review regarding what I consider an important community focal point & meetup I was inclined to say all of this. I'm sure the donuts are incredible. I'll be visiting, sight-unseen, however for the overwhelmingly-kind and considerate intention to foster better neighborhoods by being a better neighbor.

We ordered 6 & you get a free breakfast sandwich when ordering 6 , how cool is that.
Pistachio Cheesecake topped with pink icing, not to sweet , Pistachios on top & a fabulous cheesecake pistachio filling,
My favorite , It was so big , could only eat half! My daughter got the Boston creme, it was so creamy & delicious.
Then we order the Pistachio Lattes , so good
