just came here for the first time and the service was terrible.. i waited at the drive thru order station for like 3 mins before anyone even spoke and then all he said was “hello” i ordered my coffee and then asked a question about a menu item and he didn’t answer so i said “..hello?” and all he said was “yeah pull foward” then he gave me my order and said nothing at all at the window. also the croissant i ordered was completely rock hard and burnt. such a weird and confusing interaction not very welcoming

This Dunkin' is by far my favorite! Everyone is very nice and helpful. I've been going here since they opened and only had my order messed up one time. They were very apologetic and I got a free coffee next time. Great service! Keep it up!

Friends and I had food poisoning, the older lady threw my food onto the side table and said “here” I find it funny how they delete the bad reviews 🤣DONT TRUST THE FOOD
First and last time here. I guess they either cannot hear or refuse to listen. Ordered two everything bagels TOASTED with cream cheese and a med Chai Latte. Received one everything bagel with cream cheese untoasted and a chai latte. Unreal.

This Dunkin is on my way to work so I stopped there fairly often. Usually the service is friendly and my food is good. Last time I was served a completely black, burnt bagel. I reached out to customer service, on my app, because that is how I ordered. They told me it was a franchise and someone would get back to me. No one ever did. The bagel was inedible and got thrown away, all I wanted was my money back. Will not return. Mistakes happen, but not owning up to them is a problem.
