I thought I was being cheap when I asked for no Ice in my cold brew just to get charged $1 extra for that service...fine. The next time I ask for light ice they fill my cup to the brim with it.....I can't win with this place and for that reason I'm done. 😟

The African American girl has an issue every time she’s at drive way she seem like it’s an issue . Bad service and be playing on the microphone. This day the line was completely back up & she was saying she hates her job repeatedly while on the mic. This happened 2 weeks ago .

just came here for the first time and the service was terrible.. i waited at the drive thru order station for like 3 mins before anyone even spoke and then all he said was “hello” i ordered my coffee and then asked a question about a menu item and he didn’t answer so i said “..hello?” and all he said was “yeah pull foward” then he gave me my order and said nothing at all at the window. also the croissant i ordered was completely rock hard and burnt. such a weird and confusing interaction not very welcoming
