This DD is a shame. They never have the bagel I want (cinnamon raisin), constantly asking me what I ordered when it’s clearly on the screen and receipt, overcooked hashbrown, very minimal cream cheese on the bagels. Would give you 0 stars if I could.

My order suck. My plain bagel with cream cheese . Is awful the bagel is self isn't not toasted and fresh. Donuts taste like it expired . And my coffee with cold foam don't look nice as all that I requested refund and lady was snotty . I ask for my order . She has no clue what she doing . Never coming back

Was the WORST ever...I use to go to this location on a daily basis,until yesterday and again today..Won't give them a third day in a roll Friday my frozen coffee wasn't frozen at all,tasted totally different than what it supposed to b.Then on my way to work Today,I stopped what a rude place dirty and slow and non trained individuals...After 7-10 minutes standing inside I finally got acknowledgement,but then he went on to take the order behind me instead of getting me out of there.i asked for a refund cause I wasn't going to wait another who knows how long till he waited on 1 or all 6 of the line behind me....I was told no refunds could b given Now I work in the fast food business and know how this should of been handled..The second kid that came out did alittle better.... NOT much as my drink wasn't right AGAIN,no whip cream which I pay .50 cents for...Need to have more people or other people besides KIDS THERE.AND I GET IT ...IT WAS BUSY BUT DONT HAVE LITTLE MR...WALK by 3 time in a row and no word,like it will b a minute.As well up until the last 2 visit I tipped well cause I too get tipped

The picture of the place isn’t accurate. The only seating is 2 stools at a dirty counter and three chairs by pinball/gambling games. The coffee tastes funky. This was my first experience with Dunkin not tasting like Dunkin.
Worst Dunkin Ever!! We live two blocks from here and the service is horrible. I thought it would get better after the old franchise was kicked out, but sadly it’s just as bad.

The employees are too busy talking on their cell phones, a frozen coffee is easy to make, i watched them being made without even going into the machine. It was horrible, my change was dropped out the window and not a word was said about it as the woman was too busy talking on the phone to her BF. We immediately tossed both frozen coffees.
I ordered through the app at this location. I ordered a pack of kcups and when I picked up my order they told me they don't sell kcups or bags of coffee and wouldn't refund me.
