What I don’t like is when they’re out of something instead of replacing it with something similar but no they they just send your order without it and then you gotta do a refund on grubhub

Absolutely terrible all around, a disgrace to the Dunkin chain. Needs an overhaul completely from the building to the staff. Such a shame to not take advantage of the only Dunkin within walking distance of campus. Dumb business move if you ask me

I visited this Dunkin’ two years ago and had a terrible experience—the staff back then were so rude. I’m happy to say that the new team is much nicer and more welcoming now!
That said, the place itself hasn’t improved. It still looks really worn down and gives off an unsanitary vibe, which is a shame because it’s in a great location in Bethlehem and always seems to have customers. It desperately needs renovation.
The donuts didn’t look fresh, though they actually tasted really good. I also ordered a regular coffee and, for some reason, it came with milk even though I didn’t ask for any!

Second time there and employees complaining about their jobs, stop making food , closed doors early 8:01am, attitudes. This place need new workers.

I had a terrible experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru. I was trying to order a simple espresso. When I arrived at the ordering screen, I waited for about three minutes, repeatedly saying, Hello, hello, is anybody there? But no one responded. So, I decided to drive up to the next window to see if someone could take my order there.
When I got to the window, a very rude employee told me that my order wasn’t there and that he couldn’t take my order at that spot. He said I had to go all the way around the drive-thru again if I wanted to order. I explained that I had tried to order at the screen, and he responded, Yes, you tried, but we were busy, and you didn’t have patience. He said this in a very rude manner.
I told him that all I wanted was an espresso, nothing else. He refused to help me and insisted that I had to go back through the line. This is not how these situations should be handled. I work in customer service, and I found the attitude of this employee—and everyone at this Dunkin’—extremely unprofessional. On top of that, they even called me an asshole just because I said I wouldn’t move until someone helped me.

I had an amazing experience at Dunkin'! I recently purchased donuts for a fundraiser, and they went above and beyond by donating some donuts to support the my club fundraiser. Their generosity and community spirit are truly appreciated! The donuts were fresh, delicious, and a hit with everyone. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. This Dunkin' location has both fantastic service and a great commitment to giving back to the community. Thank you so much!

Ordered food for an event we were holding a day in advance. Came to pick up the food the next day and they said that they were out of half of the order. Very unprofessional and caused a lot of unneeded stress to find food to replace what Dunkin couldn’t provide. In addition they said that they couldn’t substitute anything else and even refused to throw in the 1 additional donut that they had left.

They don’t update the menu when items aren’t available so count on your dasher giving you a call, had to order something else then somehow they managed to mess up an egg and cheese English muffin, no egg just cheese. The muffin wasn’t toasted so if you want to order food and get the opposite of what you asked for, of course with something that should be with the food missing, then this is definitely the place for you. Also they left the phone off the hook so if you have food that’s messed up don’t expect anybody to take accountability for the obvious lack of respect for others food and money cause whoever’s behind that counter at Dunkin has made it obvious that they couldn’t care less.

The place was disgusting the managers sit out front and eats their food , no one wears gloves and or washing their hands. Found roaches crawling around while me and my kids were eating there. This place is disgusting do not go there !! Waste of time.
