I had an amazing experience at Dunkin'! I recently purchased donuts for a fundraiser, and they went above and beyond by donating some donuts to support the my club fundraiser. Their generosity and community spirit are truly appreciated! The donuts were fresh, delicious, and a hit with everyone. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Ordered food for an event we were holding a day in advance. Came to pick up the food the next day and they said that they were out of half of the order. Very unprofessional and caused a lot of unneeded stress to find food to replace what Dunkin couldn’t provide. In addition they said that they couldn’t substitute anything else and even refused to throw in the 1 additional donut that they had left.

They don’t update the menu when items aren’t available so count on your dasher giving you a call, had to order something else then somehow they managed to mess up an egg and cheese English muffin, no egg just cheese. The muffin wasn’t toasted so if you want to order food and get the opposite of what you asked for, of course with something that should be with the food missing, then this is definitely the place for you. Also they left the phone off the hook so if you have food that’s messed up don’t expect anybody to take accountability for the obvious lack of respect for others food and money cause whoever’s behind that counter at Dunkin has made it obvious that they couldn’t care less.

Don’t ever come to this Dunkin. The employees are disgusting they eat and drink while prepping food and drinks. I asked for a medium nutty pumpkin iced coffee with OAT MILK. And the girl charged me a pumpkin latte which is $3 more than a regular ice coffee which I asked for. After I asked for a refund and what I originally asked for and the manager or whatever he is gave me the biggest attitude. He said “are you trying to get a free coffee or what ?” I simply said “no”. I was trying to be as nice as possible. He goes and refunds me the drink. He doesn’t refund me the right amount. I was about ready to flip but I kept my cool and didn’t complain. I just wanted my coffee with oat milk. I ask for oat milk because I’m allergic to regular creamer they use. He rings up the coffee and I pay for it once again. I told him I wanted to keep the first receipt and he gave me an attitude saying he needs to keep it. I simply ask can I just take a quick picture of it then. He then says “whatever just keep it” and THROWS IT my direction. I then just grab it take a picture and softly placed it by the pos machine again. She then makes it and hands it to me. The receipt and coffee sticker said 3 pumpkin swirls , 3 hazelnut shot and 3 CREAM. I saw this and went back and asked the girl if she made it with oat milk. She said “yes” but she seemed unsure. I have drank a few sips and now I feel super sick. My coffee was definitely not made with oat milk. I will not be returning to this Dunkin ever again. I’ll gladly take a 20 min trip and go to another location for a simple ice coffee then return here. There professionalism is not there at all. If you don’t like your job quit and find another or just don’t work at all. I was being the nicest possible. I could’ve flipped and gotten them all fired if I wanted too. They got lucky today.

They continued to serve other customers until I asked about my drink and lo and behold the "latte machine" is broken.There is next to no parking available so this dunkin is not convenient at all. I would only go here if every other coffee shop in town is closed.

Go check on your employees what they are doing. 1 employee didn't know how to cut the croissant so she asked us to get it on bagel hahahahha.We ordered 5 coffees and 3 sandwiches. I would never go there to eat or drink mice roaches if your in south Bethlehem never go to that dunkin the crew there are unpleasant playing with there hair behind counter and taking on phones in front of customers coffee was nasty cold I give that store a 0 I was the manger there for 4 years and they let me go for no reason when I was a manger I had that store clean and under controlled now that they fired me for no reason at all that store went down hill and I new that would happen
