I came in this morning to order and the staff that weren't working they were all standing around except the one lady that was doing the drive through but i was waiting at the counter for good 10 to 15 minutes and noone wouldn't come to take my order and i find that very rude and disrespectful and not good customer service so i never got to place my order i just left cause noone would come to take my order just standing around talking

I usually stop at Dunkin every morning and I usually go to the one on Stefko because it’s convenient, but I think I’m going to start leaving a few minutes early and go a little out of my way to the one on Easton Ave or Linden Street. I don’t know what’s going on with the Dunkin on Stefko but I’ve noticed I haven’t exactly been getting what I pay for these past couple of weeks… I always order a large drink and at any other Dunkin they fill your cup up all the way, however maybe the past 2-3 weeks the Dunkin on Stefko has been filling the cup less and less. This morning like more than a quarter of my drink was missing. What the heck is going on? When I pay over $6 for my drink I expect a full cup.

Usually this Dunkin is “ok” but this visit was annoying for no reason. Went in an ordered a small Carmel ice coffee cream liquid sugar and Cold foam. Was then asked do you want it hot or cold so already didn’t hear me. Then when I got the coffee before I even tried it I saw there was no cream. So when I asked for cream they just poured it on top no mixing or anything then i tasted it a realized that there was 0 sugar so they just look at me like im crazy yet on the little tab sticker it says my whole order so then I ask for sugar and again they just pour regular sugar on top again no mixing and it wasn’t even liquid sugar which is what I asked for at that point I’m over constantly asking for my order made correctly and ask for a refund and I get looks like I’m crazy again.
I’ve worked retail before I’ve dealt with annoying customers before but you still have to do the basic things your job asks this Dunkin isn’t worth it anymore.

The “team” couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. Missing half of my order. Throw together a few items that are already pre-cooked, incorrectly, and you want $20/hr? You don’t even deserve minimum wage. Will never go back there again.

I handed them my Dunkin’ Donuts gift card along with my bank card at the drive through window, when I came home, I checked my account and they still charged me full price for my food and kept my gift card. I called and called the phone doesn’t even ring it just cancels out your call. Very annoying!!!

I normally love my coffee when I go to Dunkin and today I decided to get something different for the holiday season and I tried their holiday cookie crumble latte and it’s safe to say I will never get this again. It taste like a candle and my cup wasn’t even full.

This place has good parking, but the lines for ordering is very high. As well as the staff seeming not to care about your order. It was pretty dirty inside and very unorganized. I wouldn't recommend going inside if I where you.
Only 2 people taking care of indoor customers and drive thru. Slow

Consistently the slowest drive-thru line which is wild because it can only hold like 4-5 cars so how it ALWAYS takes 15-20 mins to get a coffee in the morning is beyond me. Great spot if you love being late to work tho.

I bough large coffee today and I am not satisfied with quantity. My cup is not full with coffee, She just gave me medium in quantity in large cup and charge for large coffee. Not recommend to go here

Stopped here a few times . The place looks like a trash dump. They barely cut the grass and leave the weeds, all kinds of garbage around the whole building, always looks the same . Drink’s ordered ok, but looks outside reflective of the food prepared inside. Needs major overhaul including new management, to get good staffing too! Sell this franchise if too cheap to run and maintain properly! Sorry, no pictures but everyone knows what empty trash from Dunkin looks like . Same trash I seen from my last visit. No more!
