Ordered cold brew with 1 cream which was lighter than my fiancés regular iced coffee with 3 creams. When politely asked lady at drive thru to dump some out and add more coffee, she gave a dirty look and rolled her eyes. Very unprofessional. Never coming back to this location.

I hate this Dunkin, The coffee and especially the espresso is always burned. This location is close to work, so they are convenient, but the drinks are always bad, which is frustrating. If they did things well I would likely stop here almost every day. It's been several years now, and every once in awhile I cave and try them again, and they haven't gotten better yet. They need to be retrained and need to properly clean and maintain their machines. If they cleaned the machines properly, everything wouldn't taste bitter and burnt every single time. Frustrating. Hoping they see this and make changes. I would go to the location on Airport Rd instead if you have the time, they don't have the same issue. Also the new traffic pattern that makes you drive around the entire building to place a drive through order is ridiculous.

In the mornings I order a maple sugar bacon sandwich and today, since I was in a hurry since they always serve me correctly, I asked for one without eggs because I can't eat eggs, it makes me sick, and this is the 3rd time they have given me eggs and the bill says it is without eggs and even then they don't pay attention to the orders they make or how they prepare them.

I work at a dunkin and I did not appreciate the way we were treated. First they forgot to take off a swirl charge they added by themselves, which would have made me give them and extra 50 cents. And then the proceeded to tell me that my total was 8 dollars for a medium shaken espresso with cold foam and a vanilla shot. On the app it said it would be 4.99 minus tax and with the cold foam charge it should be am extra 50 cents. It took three people at the register the finally pay for my order and they refused to give me an employee discount. Not only was it unfairly priced, but the workers seemed rude and standoffish, all 3 of them.
