In the mornings I order a maple sugar bacon sandwich and today, since I was in a hurry since they always serve me correctly, I asked for one without eggs because I can't eat eggs, it makes me sick, and this is the 3rd time they have given me eggs and the bill says it is without eggs and even then they don't pay attention to the orders they make or how they prepare them.

I work at a dunkin and I did not appreciate the way we were treated. First they forgot to take off a swirl charge they added by themselves, which would have made me give them and extra 50 cents. And then the proceeded to tell me that my total was 8 dollars for a medium shaken espresso with cold foam and a vanilla shot. On the app it said it would be 4.99 minus tax and with the cold foam charge it should be am extra 50 cents. It took three people at the register the finally pay for my order and they refused to give me an employee discount. Not only was it unfairly priced, but the workers seemed rude and standoffish, all 3 of them.

What Dunkin doesn’t open its dinning room till 8am? That’s stupid and very inconvenient. Also having to ask to use the bathroom should be illegal.
This is ridiculous. I purchased a large iced latte, a glazed donut, and a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. The glazed donut was missing from my bag and the sandwich was pork sausage. I do not eat pork. Tried calling this location several times and I guess no one knows how to answer the phone because it just rings and rings. So they basically stole over $6 from me now. I would go back except I drove over 20 minutes away for work. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Terrible customer service the place might look nice since they remodeled the outside but the customer service is nasty. I ordered a churro iced latte that usually comes with whipped cream and flavoring. When I got my coffee I had no whipped cream no flavor and I asked the girl where it was she told me that its an extra charge and it doesn't ever come like that... I am a loyal customer to Dunkin donuts and I will never go back to that place ever again... just TERRIBLE.
