Excellent experience. The morning crew works quickly and efficiently. Beverage and food quality is consistently good. Also, I need to comment on the audacity of the entitled individual who parked in a handicap spot and then gets upset at other people for calling them out on their illegal and selfish behavior. Sounds like the staff handled that situation perfectly.

Employees are rude, wait on you and talking with food in their mouth. Everytime go there they say they aren’t doing food at this time, not doing frozen drinks, no cup carriers. Why is this location even open if they can never provide the services offered. Worst Dunkin

I experienced discrimination at its worst today. I went to Dunkin' to get a sandwich and coffee, and I parked in a handicap spot, backing into it. An older Caucasian lady at the front was extremely rude and upset about my parking choice. Instead of asking if I was handicapped or had a permit, she immediately told me I couldn’t park there.
When I explained that I was just there to get a sandwich, she disrespectfully informed me that the sandwich station was closed and that I couldn’t place an order. As a result, I left without my breakfast sandwich. Then she came out side and took pictures of my liscene plate.
Whether it’s a franchise or not, this type of behavior is unacceptable to any customer. How can I continue to be a member and support Dunkin' after such an incident?

Terrible sandwich and terrible food can't blame the driver it's obviously the resturant's fault. I'd asked for bagel,bacon,egg,and cheese instead they gave me a Croissant instead. Then my Coffee didn't even came with a STRAW so i'd had to drink it from the cup which was a mess everywhere thanks for that. Not only that but they gave me more ice and less sugar and sweetner that the coffee tasted Absolutely horrible YUCK. Never Recommending this place again I'm sticking to the one close near by me.

This has been the only Dunkin consistently getting my order right. It’s so simple, cold brew, almond milk, shot espresso. But you’d be surprised how many Dunkin’s mess this up. Not this one! Plus all the staff are so nice. Especially the young lady with the sweet piercings. Thanks for being the best Dunkin’!

The girls that work early in the morning (6am) are really nice. Especially, this one girl with colorful hair who seems to go out of her way to give you a smile and greet you warmly as you come in and leave. It makes a difference when that is the first human interaction you have in your day. Makes me purposely give this location more business.
