The girl who works afternoons doesn't listen to your order. Then when you say what it was supposed to be she holds no accountability. Not sure if you can train people in active listening and comprehension now in 2024. But it is needed.

This has been the only Dunkin consistently getting my order right. It’s so simple, cold brew, almond milk, shot espresso. But you’d be surprised how many Dunkin’s mess this up. Not this one! Plus all the staff are so nice. Especially the young lady with the sweet piercings. Thanks for being the best Dunkin’!

The two young ladies in the afternoon were amazing!!! They were very friendly , professional and attentive.They made sure my drink was done correctly!! I will definitely be returning to this location. :)

The girls that work early in the morning (6am) are really nice. Especially, this one girl with colorful hair who seems to go out of her way to give you a smile and greet you warmly as you come in and leave. It makes a difference when that is the first human interaction you have in your day. Makes me purposely give this location more business.

Stopped in today and a young girl working was left alone by her manager, you could see tears in her eyes and the panic. But she kept it together and still gave great customer service. I didn’t get her name but she definitely deserves better

Not going back to this Dunkin. I had a bad previous experience, but wanted to give them another shot. My hot coffee was served to me inside a plastic cup with a lid. The worker didn’t even explain why, prompting me to ask if they ran out of lids-which they did. I should’ve refused the coffee and walked out. Instead, I ended up cleaning hot coffee off of my hand, clothes, and car seat.

Foods fine, but they’re too busy worrying about rushing to get customers out the door. I just moved to the area, visited this location only 3 times and all 3 times each time i place my order they forget something.

It seems to be a very crowded location and the people behind the counter were overwhelmed. But my order came out completely wrong and when I questioned it she took the coffee back apologized and yet made the same mistake the second time.Between how busy they were and the fact that I had to make it on time for an appointment I gave up and left without getting the correct drink. There is a clear visual difference between iced coffee with skim milk and iced coffee with cream yet twice she gave me iced coffee with cream.

Parking lot is kinda crazy. No bagels made today ?. Croissant was burnt in many spots. Location is kinda out of the way to get to.

I previously had to stop coming to this DD because of my food always being undercooked and drinks ever having enough flavor or just made poorly but recently due to new management, this is now back to being my go to DD! The new manager is such a sweetheart and she knows her stuff!! Impressed and very pleased. Thank you so much!! I missed my blueberry Matcha and maple bacon? ? ? ? ❤️Oh and the girl who works at the register is awesome too!! Best at making my Matcha

Second time this month they just have totally given up on making mobile orders (the other was 4/14). Getting a refund, as they suggested both times, requires a 10 minute phone call. I can’t believe they *knowingly* accept mobile orders that they don’t intend to fill… I really wish this franchisee would please get their act together.
