Two young teens working without any sup the one that did my drink did not used an ice scoop🤢 crossed contamination. My matcha latte cup was half way empty instead of a full cup. I was so disappointed 😞 it's Good to see Young adults working but management needs to do better.

Donuts disgusting and hard dough!
I tried the new frosted donut coffee drink first sip taste like straight up milk and sugar!
My drink was so white as if there was no expresso added to it. They “fixed” the drink by adding more expresso to it gave it back to me looking and tasting exactly the same! Trash
0/10 go to the new wawa behind them instead WAY BETTER SERVICE AND QUALITY!

Quick and kind. I always dread going to dunkin in the morning but this one was super efficient and friendly. As I was waiting for my bagel to be toasted, I saw an employee actually cleaning the shop during her downtime. Drink and food were made perfectly. All good experiences at this dunkin!!

Every single time I go to this Dunkin they completely burn my order or they get it totally wrong. Or both!! I keep trying to give this place a chance because I love Dunkin and it's close to me but I'm so done. Literally the simplest orders are too complex for this place to get right. Spent 25 dollars on breakfast this morning for me n my fiance and all of it was burnt and they didn't even most of it right.

The Indian woman can't handle any orders from the drive thur or dine in , it's always a mess up, I highly recommend you go somewhere else, or enjoy being pissed off, don't waste your time coming here ,

Very busy but once you get you have gotten service here you’ll understand why everyone goes here, owner actually works here and is so kind and patient with everyone, even the rude and impatient! Great crew working hereThey make my hot or cold coffees just right, every time!

The owner is awesome, his staff are so patient, kind, friendly and fast as they can be, considering how busy they stay! I have been going to this Dunkin for over 3 years, not one bad experience!

My husband and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts on Linden and Oakland at least 1 or 2 times a week. Almost every time we have gotten delicious breakfast sandwiches and very good service. Last weekend when we went through the drive-through, we had awful service & awful food.I understand that ordering through the intercom at the drive-through sometimes gets mixed up& I’m always willing to repeat what I say. However, when someone is taking your order, after you order something, they should say “what else can I get you?” Or “ would you like anything else today?” The woman, who I think was one of the managers, continued to say, “Is that it?” Every time I ordered, she would say, “Is that it?” I had to keep saying no and then order the next thing. I told her I was going to order several more things and every time I ordered she said “Is that it?” It was getting annoying. Then she continue to get everything wrong that I ordered. I would say medium, hot, black coffee, with espresso shot and she would repeated back “you want espresso?”Is that it?” then I asked for a large hot vanilla coffee with creamer and she repeat it back “OK so you want an iced vanilla latte?” This continued on and on with everything we ordered. I was getting annoyed, but I did not let my irritation show. At one point, I did say to her, “I’m sorry, but I think you’re mixing up our order with someone else’s on the headset. She said “no I’m not.”When we got to the window, there was a young girl at the drive-through, who was very helpful and repeated back our order.While we were driving to our destination, we realized that the bagel sandwich was untoasted and soggy and the turkey sausage was cold, and the English muffin was barely toasted. The chocolate chip muffin that we ordered turned out to be blueberry.Whoever this was at this Dunkin’ Donuts location, needs to realize that instead of rushing someone along and continuing to say, “is that it?” just so you can get to the next person quickly , you need to have more customer service & treat each customer with respect and follow through on the order correctly. I don’t care how quickly I get the order. I care if it’s done the right way.
