Celebrated my birthday there on Valentine's Day & it was lovely! The menu was lovely & great service from our waiter Jonathan. Delicious tuna tartare, brie & tender calamari. My NY Strip was tough but nicely seasoned. Scrumptious gratin with crisp vibrant vegetables. Will be back soon.

I'm sure The Edge may not really need my 5 star review but I'm leaving a 5 star review anyway! Staying in Bethlehem PA (B&B on South Side), my wife made reservations for Saturday evening at The Edge. Busy but incredibly organized. We arrived a little early ( we use NJ commute math) but they sat us after a short wait. Great table BTW! Our servers were two young ladies ( and it's my fault I didn't get their names) - one thing here is you certainly don't feel rushed. After they filled our water glasses we ordered glasses of red, and they gave us plenty of time to look at menu. Our appetizers were Tuna Tartare and Calamari. In addition, they brought some house-baked bread and EVOO. My wife loved the tuna (I tried but it's not my thing), and the Calamari was incredible. For dinner we both had steak. Don't judge. I keep to a keto diet so I'm a bit narrow in my choices. My filet was great and the sauce was A+...and the potato gratin? Mammalusha!!! My wife wanted dessert so she ordered the dessert trio. She was in heaven. Which is all I want in life. Can't ask for anything more. Thank you to The Edge.

Had Valentine's Day dinner here and it was just as good as I expected. Definitely make a reservation because it is a busy place with a nice ambience (soft lighting and moody decor). The pork belly and tuna tartare were the stars of the show! The spicy tuna tartare with crispy wontons is one of my favorite all time appetizers now. The red snapper entree was a bit bland but cooked perfectly. The European chicken was delicious but I wish it had more Brie cheese in it. The potato's gratin was a perfect side. Ended the meal with a chocolate cake to top it off! Sad that they were out of various items such as the cheesecake but overall a quality meal with attentive service and nice ambience! Would definitely go back and try some other tasty looking dishes!

This was my first time at Edge. The restaurant had a beautiful space that was very appealing. Please note the seats are only inches apart. I had reservations for my two year anniversary. They sat us next to a loud group of 4 in an empty restaurant so I asked to moved, the staff gladly moved us. 45 mins later the restaurant was still empty and they placed another table next to us. This completely ruined the experience. FOOD: Baked Brie is only apples and nuts after the app came to our table the staff told us everyone hates that They forgot my side dish and never came back with it. I ordered a Medium rare steak and it was Well down. Terrible experience will not go back.

A 6pm reservation. We were seated promptly in the bistro. Unfortunately our table was a wobbler and could not be remedied. We were moved seamlessly to another table in the restaurant. We started with a Victorian Mistress, a vodka martini with pomegranate and a classic gin martini, they were perfect. I ordered another. My wife switched to a Pinot noir. Our first course from the medium plates selection was tuna tartare. We both felt it was as good as any we ever had. My wife particularly enjoyed the ginger lime aioli. Service was exemplary. Zahir was a real professional. We then got the calamari which was also excellent. The squid was plump and moist and the dressing was ginger sriracha which was delicious. There was baby arugula in there too. For our third taste we got mussels with an applewood smoked bacon cream sauce. Who thinks of bacon with mussels? We do now. It was outstanding. The chef here is one to take notice of. Lastly, we ordered the triple truffle house ground angus burger, to split. It was good but our least fav. The fries were unique and very tasty. We say food "a", service "a", ambiance "b", value "b+". We would return when in town. Mark & Nancy.

Despite the staff being very polite there were just many errors during the meal. They first had us seated in the wrong reserved table, had two steaks cooked differently than wanted, served coffee to the wrong person, etc. They shouted to ask who wanted butter for bread stoping everyone's conversation instead of directly giving it to the person that requested. They were very nice just small mistakes from poor coordination between staff though always polite. Baby greens - I really enjoyed the crisps on top. The salad wasn't anything special. Just greens with a light dressing. Tournedos of Filet mignon - cooked very well and two nice tender pieces just not the warmest coming out. The potatoes were amazing. It also came with carrots and peas which were fine. Pistachio praline cheesecake - absolutely delicious. Highlight food of the menu. Chocolate Mille-feuille - nice and flaky puff pastry, great but the cheesecake overshadowed this Sangria & white Zinfandel - enjoyed both but preferred the sangria Ambience was dark lit, clean, a nice upscaled feel to it. Overall a decent upscale restaurant. I would enjoy eating here but wouldn't be a place I specifically sought out. Service - 4/5 - polite but many minor errors Food - 4/5 - good overall, cheesecake was fantastic Ambience - 4.5/5 typical upscale feel, clean

The food was incredible! Loved the chicken lettuce wraps and the frites! What I enjoyed most was the service. Our waitress was wonderful and so sweet! Everyone who we came into contact with shared the same attitude. They were all so helpful and kind. I will absolutely be back!

Our first visit in September was quite enjoyable - good food and even better service. Our second visit last evening started fine with attentive service. But it soon fell apart when my cut into the steak showed how quite "well" cooked it was instead of the medium-rare I ordered. One waitress took it after suggesting I eat the sides around the steak while she gets a new one. I declined to do that. After taking the steak away, she returned ten minutes later with the same plate and the same steak now cold, slit open in the center to show that if I had only eaten from the center out I would get some medium rare or at least this is what the chef told the waitress who felt compelled to market this idea to me. I said that was unacceptable. She thought I was "not nice" because I was not buying her sale of a wrongly cooked steak despite what the chef told her. I declined to have another steak or another entree as so much time had passed and my wife was already finished with her meal (crab cakes, which she says were not very good.) Don, the manager, who I knew from our September visit and a concerned gentleman, who seemed embarrassed by the situation, took care of the bill. To say the least, on a day that was important to my wife and me, we left Edge with a taste of disappointment.

Wonderful experience this evening at Edge Restaurant. Rich helped select a delicious Wine - Bonanza Cabernet. Meredith served and kept the water filled and us attended to in perfect timing. The Brie small plate with pecans and apples was delicious and perfect size for 4 of us. Dinner selection of crab cakes with the best cole slaw I have ever had. Others had the chicken penne with plenty for leftovers. The peanut butter Oreo crust pie was the choice for all four of us and we would all do it again. The hostess and other staff were so friendly throughout the evening as well. I loved the whole evening!! I wish I had taken pictures! Next time because there will definitely be a next time.

We are here last night with a wedding party (night before wedding) of at least twenty. Service was excellent; cocktails were superb; appetizers were first rate; and entrees were spectacular. I even had a fine Irish Coffee (which I never have) to finish the night. This is a first rate establishment. We truly enjoyed our meal here. 5 stars all the way. Thank you!

I've dined at Edge three times recently, so the 4 stars reflect a combination of all those visits (a 5, 4 and 3 star.) First time was during the pandemic with friends. Outdoor seating, appropriately-spaced, masks. Had the mushroom risotto. It was delicious, the service was great, and everything was perfect. 5 stars. Enjoyed it so much that I took the husband, who is far more discerning than I when it comes to food. This time was also during the pandemic, pre-vaccine. Too cold to sit outside, so we sat at a high table next to the bar. We were very near to the one of the restaurant's entrances, so it was a bit uncomfortable with people entering/exiting so close to us. Still, we enjoyed our meals and drinks, and being served by the bartender was quick. Third time, I don't know what the heck happened. The menu was completely different. Server said it changes seasonally, but it was so drastic I couldn't find anything that appealed to me. The drink I loved was gone, too, and when I tried to explain what it was (even give them the name of it), no one seemed to know what I was talking about. I get it, restaurants like to mix things up. But when your new menu is unrecognizable you lose the people that came back solely for the previous menu. Our server was disappointing as well. New maybe? Been there too long perhaps? Just having a bad day? She was not very attentive, couldn't answer basic questions, took way too long for service, and had an attitude on top of it. It will be awhile before we try again.

I am writing this as I sit here, completely unsatisfied from beginning to end. Lighting is nearly at club level. I live in an east coast major city and am under 35 so this isn't some old fogie complaining. Drinks taking forever despite this place being at 1/3rd capacity. Moscow Mule watered down. Rissoto was fine dining size when everythibg else that came out was standard huge american portions. Steak special was not cooked to requested done-ness. Sides for the steak special was LOADED with fried potato skins like I'm eating at an Outback steakhouse instead of a pseudo fine dining restaurant. An unabashed Millenial plopping our plates onto our area and didnt even know which plate belonged to whom. Awful, overpriced, crap service. Will NEVER return to this place. Terrible

Came here for Fathers Day dinner with my two kids and husband. I have been here a few times and the food and service is always good. Tonight we shared some apps- dim sum, angus beef, mushroom risotto and shared an entree - 11oz ny strip steak. I very thing was really good, including the bread with garlic dipping oil. The o my thing I was not crazy about was the mushroom risotto with shrimp. It tasted like strong sherry and the shrimp looked like precooked shrimp from the grocery store. The service was top notch! It is def a good place to check out once in a while.

Not ready for prime time. Nice people, but service is unbelievably slow for both food and drink. A glass of wine should not take a half hour; nor should a plate of food take over an hour,....or be totally forgotten ("Is it coming?" "I definitely think it probably is."....it wasn't. From the minute I walked in, and the hostess attended to her computer for long enough that I just walked around the restaurant to find my party, I was not impressed. I ordered a pleasant sounding plate of duck confit, tarragon garlic, and fried shallots. When it eventually came out, I didn't recognize shallots as the onion ring things on the plate. I tried one, and realized why they're not normally cooked this way. The duck was ok. The gnocchi were a mushy mess. I forgot to take a photo before I ate the duck, but I left the rest. I really want to support restaurants right now, but these guys have to get their act together.
