Year after year, chophouse surpasses the year before. It's nice to go into a restaurant and Staff greets you with kindness and professionalism. There hasn't been a year that I went there for my birthday and I wasn't remembered. The food is superb. The staff is helpful and discussing the items on the menu they don't rush you. They make you feel like you're the only customers that are important even though the restaurant is full of other customers. Dana was our server and she was amazing which of course made our experience a delight. The manager William is doing an excellent job. He is always present and ready to get us seated and served. I will always recommend the chophouse at Wind creek.
Consistency is the key. Even with the name change. Food and service, always impeccable. NY Strip cooked perfectly medium rare. Thank you again for an excellent evening.
We go to the Chop House for special occasions like birthdays and anniversary. The food is very good and the service was outstanding.
Everything was just average. Its tough when you pick an upscale location for a special event and are not blown away by the taste, presentation and overall experience. The experience was carried by the friendly staff.
Once again the chop House was the choice for a birthday dinner. And as always the food and service were excellent! My husband particularly enjoyed the fact that numerous staff members stopped by the table to wish him a Happy Birthday
The Food is Tasty and nicely presented. No one came and asked us how our food was No manager spoke to us. We had to Ask for drink refills and when we did the server forgot we asked. Had to ask the other server for the refill. This is not the first time I've been to Chop House. My June experience there was totally different --we were paid attention to.
Appetizer: flatbread with steak, cheese and peppers along with a martini and negroni! Tomahawk ribeye on the bone for two was outstanding. Sides, baked potato and perfectly prepared asparagus! Excellent service and value. A must visit.
Food is amazing. The Japanese wagyu is outstanding. The service was attentive and friendly. Michael and Dennis were very knowledgeable about every nuance of the menu. They also shared information about the casino that helped to complete the experience. Certainly not a cheap night, but a worthy indulgence.
The Chophouse Steakhouse at Wind Creek Casino Resort in Bethlehem, PA was a great dining experience for my husband and I. The food was delicious, well prepared, and cooked to perfection. My husband ordered the scallop appetizer and they were seared just right. For my appetizer I ordered a half dozen of the raw oysters. They were delicious. I happen to enjoy oysters very much depending on where they are from. Chris our waiter was very descriptive with the menu choices and he was on point with flavor. Duran was our waiter as well and provided an exceptional experience. They were polite and attentive and I could not have expected or asked for better service. They truly deserve acknowledgement and reward for being apart of a well rounded crew that aims to create a great atmosphere for their guests. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for serving us.
Loved dining at the Chop House. I found it to be an upscale dining experience. Wait staff were polite and attentive. The food was a culinary delight. The restaurant is pleasantly quiet adding to an enjoyable experience.

Quite possibly the best steakhouse I've been to. Top notch service and everything cooked to perfection. Looking forward to coming back!
Our servers were amazing, the food was delicious and the surprise at the end of the meal was so nice.
The professional and friendly staff, the food and the ambience were exceptional which made for enjoyable and memorable evening. Keep up the good work!
I've been to this restaurant a handful of times now and I've never had this poor of an experience. We had 2 waiters. Michael was excellent and attentive. The other made us feel rushed and had an attitude when asked a simple question about one of the sides. It was very off putting. The food was over salted to the point I couldn't even enjoy my lobster bisque and it was what I was looking forward to. The oysters were to die for as usual. However, something left me in the bathroom for hours the next morning.
Filet MELTED in my mouth (med rare). Lots of steak options of all different prices and cuts. Grapefruit drink (deep eddy's grapefruit vodka and Pama Pomegranate liquor) was on the menu last year but it was NOT on the menu this year however, when I asked, the server said it could be made so of course, I got it because it is the BEST drink ever. Lots of Gluten free options and accommodations available. No GF bread but no biggie, you will NOT hungry. Amazing and attentive servers. Husband got gluten filled Chocolate turtle cake and it was HUGE. Like seriously, a gigantic serving of cake, easily shareable among 4+ people. I did not have dessert because I was full but there were a couple gluten free options. This place is pricey, but it can vary depending on what you choose. That being said, it is well worth it. Food is amazing! I would say second best steak I have ever had in my life. I have never had filet mignon melt in my mouth. Highly recommend.
