Chop House at Wind Creek

We celebrated my mom's birthday there. When we first walked in, the staff was taking garbage bins back and forth in front of the customers at the host stand. Our server was kind but only checked on us once. There was a large party at the venue so our food was delayed 1 hour from ordering to serving. The food was great but the ambience wasn't great. Our servers were also OK but didn't take the time to chat or even give suggestions - just took our order and left.

Ugh we had a drunk birthday group next to us and could barely hear each other speak. It put a damper on the evening but I guess I should have expected this being in with a casino. The service was fantastic. Relaxed but attentive. The food was all delicious and prepared perfectly. Overall a lovely evening.

Wonderful restaurant in Wind Creek Casino & Hotel in Bethlehem, PA. Service was impeccable. They go above and beyond without hovering. Very helpful with any questions about food and drink menu. The food and drinks were exceptional as well.

Our Family got together to celebrate 2 of our birthdays. A nice gentleman called the morning of to confirm we would be there. Yes! Wouldn't miss it! He just wanted to make sure we had a nice table for the 6 of us. It was the best location. Felt like we had a private location! Our waiter was Duran. What a great personality & couldn't do enough for us. Very efficient. Food was outstanding! Short ribs, salmon, pasta, steaks & the raw oysters were perfect. If there was an option of 10 stars we would have given you that. Would not hesitate to have the experience again. Thank you for asking.

Love the food and the staff. We eat here pretty often and have come to know some of the staff. It's always a nice night out when we eat there.

My husband and I enjoyed our dinner. We were taken care of with kindness and attention to detail. We were celebrating our 18th Wedding Anniversary & the team took such good care of us.

Service was horrible barely had the 2 servers checking in on us. One drink for the meal never asked if we wanted refills.

I haven't going to the chophouse for many years. I have never been so disappointed as I was yesterday. We sat down. We ordered two soft drinks that continue to place our order. We ordered French onion soup, and steamed clams for appetizer. The fruit came you were eating and talking within less than 10 minutes or two steaks came out. We ordered 27 ounce filet mignon‘s with a baked potato and everything was on the table. I didn't enjoy anything we told the waiter to take away the appetizers and we wrapped up the steak. Needless to say they took nothing off the check. The check was $140 was $30 tip $170 wasted. I will not be going to the chophouse again.

We had a 615 reservation today Christmas Day we had a party of three people. They didn’t take us till 6:25 PM. We waited an hour and a half for our food. The food came out incorrect. The manager was very rude and cold to our complaints and the service was the worst I’ve ever seen. My check number was 121-5398. How is it table 204 I would love to speak to a manager other than Gary M. Turba because he is very unprofessional, I’ll wait for a call from someone higher up to contact me.

Great food options if you are spending some time at the casino, or in our case, there for an office Christmas party. Every course of the meal was flavorful and well prepared. The staff was friendly and paced the courses well.

Gina & Temba attended us with a smile and bread plus these amazing biscuits. The calamari spot on,, the shrimp 🍤 Cocktail very FRESH outta tail with ease fresh. The salmon delicious, pork chop melted in your mouth!

I had the 16oz New York Strip and my Wife had the braised beef short rib. We shared oysters for our appetizer. The oysters came with a variety of sauces/garnishes, all of which were spectacular. Both the quality of ingredients and the craftsmanship in preparation of our dinners were phenomenal. Our bill was $140, so don’t come here expecting a tremendous value, but you definitely don’t feel shortchanged either. The atmosphere is elegant and calm, the service is great (had two waiters), and the food exceeds expectations even for the price. We waited about an hour and a half for the two of us to be seated, but we didn’t have a reservation and we put our name in early, so we didn’t mind. The casino has a lovely bar called The Coil that we hung out at and watched football until it was time for dinner.
