Was going there for a business dinner at a conference and since my 19 old daughter was with us she was not allowed since the restaurant does not have an outside entrance and she could not cross the casino floor. Their option was to bring her food to another part of the area and allow her to eat there. Are you kidding me

This was our second time dining at the Chop House, it was certainly nothing like the first time. Our reservation was at 9:15 there were still a decent amount of people inside so I didn't feel too bad that the reservation was a little later. We ordered drinks, that was fine, they brought rollsto the table that felt land tasted ike stale reheated rolls. When the filets came out, the gentleman whom brought them didn't say, one word, not one until he brought our Mac and cheese and said mac and cheese...The filets were super salt and peppery, they were cooked perfect but really over seasoned. Our server brought a dessert menu and about 12 minutes went by, she came back and we just asked for the check. I don't know what was going on because last time only a month and a half ago it was phenomenal. Super disappointed.

Great food and generous portions. Easy to over order not expecting the portions to be so large. But everything was cooked properly and delicious. Service was very good initally with several servers taking care of our needs. But by the end of the meal and waiting for a dessert menu, our server seemed to have forgotten us and after about 20-25 minutes of waiting I asked another server for help and was promptly taken care of afterward. Our main server did aplogize. It seemed that with so many servers handling each meal, it's easy to get mixed up with the result that the main server is thinking that a diner's needs are being addressed by someone else when they are not. Clearly it should be a main server with one assistant but throughout the course of our meal I had the main server, at least 2 assistants, and a floor manager I asked for help when we were forgotten.

Came back for another Birthday dinner. We were seated on our reserved time. The servers were very attentive. The food was served at a good pace. I think the best deal on the menu is the Seafood Tower. They changed out the clams and oysters, and added more shrimp and lump crab. Will be coming back soon for another birthday.

Our server, Temba is nothing short of amazing! He anticipated our needs before we could ask! The food was served with perfection! At the Chop House Restaurant we always try to ask for him to be our server! Our selections were served in a timely manner and were just delicious! We already booked another dinner for next month!

chop house at wind creek was a nice atmosphere although it was rather noisy, and there was a medical emergency that added to the racket. my caesar salad was great; my eggplant Parm was awful. the meal was on the house. I would go back and try something else. the wine was good; Cabernet sauvignon.

Service was slow, food was below average for the $$$$$ paid. Short rib was dry, vegetables overcooked and oily. Not a great experience, and certainly won’t be coming back.

When we arrived we were taken to a table in the middle of the room. We asked for a quieter spot and whilst we were seated to a better table we were made to feel like it was a big inconvenience. The food overall was average. The lobster bisque is very nice but the steak although tender came out nearly cold. My friend had the pork chop and it was also nearly cold and quite fatty. Overall for the prices charged the quality overall should be much higher and the food should be HOT when it comes to the table.

They were unfortunately out of the domestic wagyu ribeye, so I made do with the dry aged bone in. It was good enough -- though I was still left disappointed.Service was adequate. I would think of going again. The noise level was very good. I was able to talk to my wife without yelling even though the restaurant is in the casino.

The other location I usually go to is in Tennessee. 1st time at this location and just as good. Great atmosphere, cold drinks, amazing food. Can't wait to go again.
