This place has the worse customer service ever. The driver took my food to an incorrect location. Lied and said he handed it to me. Sent a photo of the food on a door handle of some type of business that was NOT my home or address. I called for 2 1/2 hours for the run around. They lied and told me the boss was on her way to me, for only to have 2 guys showing up with the food from the wrong address that they picked up and gave to me cold. The guy had the nerve to tell me I will get a free soda next time. There will never be a next time. Mistakes happens but to give me a close to 3 hour run around was so unprofessional. They was so cheap they didn’t even make a fresh order to give me. They just have the driver fetch the 2 1/2 hour order to give to me. Now see this picture and you will see that this is not a place of residence

First off, ew! I got chicken pad tai and it was far from. I don’t even know what was in it. It was a mess, mostly soggy noodles and hardly any chicken. The pieces of chicken tasted terrible. I couldn’t eat any of it. The fortune cookies were expired and they didn’t give any utensils with my meal. I was told a delivery time and it arrived an hour after that. Terrible place.

The family that owns/works here is very friendly. They did get swamped with orders while I was there but they tried their hardest with getting orders made. The food here is delicious

So tonight my husband ordered from what I perceive is a new Chinese restaurant in Bethlehem called Empire Chen after they dropped off menus in our complex. The food took an hour to arrive, which I wasn’t totally hung up on as they might still be working the kinks out but then we opened the bag. My husband ordered Egg Foo Young and they did not include any gravy with it. They did return with the gravy although by then food was cold and they literally gave him like a quarter cup if that. So basically he ate dry egg. Then I order pork fried rice to which we find a hair in the food. See pic below. I have blonde hair my husband is bald. We call and basically they tell us to F off. Great customer service!! Needless to say we will never go back nor should anyone else. I can take the other stuff and just say hey won’t go there again but hair nope!

We ordered from here and initially, they messed up the order. After they fixed it I noticed that there was hair in the food. I called to complain, and they said they would not do anything about it. They provide horrible service and are not clean. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER !!!!!!

And for those that keep saying I ate the food then made the comment or placed the hair there. I don't eat food out of containers. We take the food out and eat it one plates like most people should. Thanks for the insight though.
Since when do they put broccoli in with spare ribs???? Bought a qt but had a bed of broccoli on the bottom to make it look full! Spent over $60 with a $10 tip to drive 5 blocks! I got chicken tso(qt), chicken broccoli (qt) pepper steak with onions (qt) and the spare ribs( qt which was NOT a qt because of broccoli!!!!) I have to say it was good food but don’t like being deceived by broccoli!!!! Need to feed my four teen age boys!

this food was absolutely disgusting. spent almost $30.00 for only white rice , sesame chicken and lo mein. the food i got was so dry and the customer service was so deficient that i got hung up on. after calling back i was disrespected and denied a refund when i did not get what i paid for. definitely will NOT be ordering again.
