Christie and Julie were AMAZING!!! Not only are they fun, personable and so bubbly but they know recommendations for great food! By far the best part of Brew Works! Been coming here for almost 20 years and this will always be my first and favorite stop in Bethlehem.

Try the crème brûlée, the pots du crème and the stout brownie sundae are the perfect choices to end your meal on a very delectable and sweet note.

My server Liv wasn’t just good, she was clairvoyant. Recommended the fall flatbread before I even knew I wanted it. Best decision I never made. If Liv says jump, I’m asking how high.

Bethlehem is a beautiful town so the atmosphere is hard to get wrong. Friends of mine from college ( we're Moravian graduates) met here for dinner in a Friday night. We were seated outside but then no server was assigned, so no drink and food orders were taken until I went inside to let them know 20 min later. Once they assigned a waiter, things were fine-waiter was great. Hazy IPA was nice and the Brewbin sandwich with sweet potatoe fries was great! Since they didn't ask us if we wanted dessert or coffee, we left and had dessert elsewhere. So, food and beer was great, service could be better. I'll go back.
