Great food and service at Bethlehem Brew Works thanks to our waiter, Shawn “Red Roho” who made it a delightful experience! Stout onion soup and pirogies were bomb. Five stars.

Shawn, Red, Rojo was the bomb. The BBQ Meat Lovers Mac n Cheese kick total ass just like the Apple Crisp and more importantly the Yule Mule! Brew Works every Christmas year kicks ass!

The water is legit, next level insane good. It’s cold because of ice (really cold water in solid form), and tastes amazing. Though in this case, a bit watchy.

The exotic springs of Mogadishu got nothing on Fegleys. Would definitely come back. 💯

I visited Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works recently, and even though it was super busy, we were seated right away, which was impressive! The service was excellent—attentive without being overbearing. I had a salad, believe it was the “Christmas City Salad “with salmon, and I have to say, it was done to perfection. The salmon was cooked just right, and the flavors in the salad were fresh and vibrant. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you're looking for great food and top-notch service, even on busy days!

Has more than one vegan option that are real meals! Not some salad or other random food that you don’t want. (If you know you know lol) House made veggie burger is DELICIOUS!

Extremely disappointing that the only vegan entree option is unavailable.

My wife and I took her parents here and it was fabulous as always. But this time it was even better because our server, Tara, could not have been any better or any more friendly. It's always refreshing when you rave about a place and when you take people there it lives up to the reputation.

Magda was one of the friendliest hostesses I’ve ever met. She went above and beyond by accommodating our last-minute group of 8 without a reservation, and did it with such a positive, welcoming attitude. She was incredibly complimentary and made us feel genuinely appreciated from the moment we arrived. Her warmth and professionalism truly set the tone for our entire experience at Brew Weeks.
