Shawn, Red, Rojo was the bomb. The BBQ Meat Lovers Mac n Cheese kick total ass just like the Apple Crisp and more importantly the Yule Mule! Brew Works every Christmas year kicks ass!
The water is legit, next level insane good. It’s cold because of ice (really cold water in solid form), and tastes amazing. Though in this case, a bit watchy.

I visited Fegley’s Bethlehem Brew Works recently, and even though it was super busy, we were seated right away, which was impressive! The service was excellent—attentive without being overbearing. I had a salad, believe it was the “Christmas City Salad “with salmon, and I have to say, it was done to perfection. The salmon was cooked just right, and the flavors in the salad were fresh and vibrant. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you're looking for great food...
