This place is very old, the waitress she had a nasty attitude very unprofessional. She had people waiting around at the bar and you can tell they were understaffed. The food was disgusting as well, the only thing that was good on the menu was the french fries. I order a burger that wasn’t even all the way done. My sister-in-law had the wings, and it was very dry. My mother-in-law had a salad that wasn’t washed. I 100% do not recommend this place to no one.

Great place for dinner and drinks.
Great place for dinner and drinks.
I went last night because I was staying in the attached hotel. The place does seem to be lightly staffed, but the person who served me was perfectly polite and nice. I had, unenthusiastically, planned to order a hamburger and fries, but the server talked me into having the French Onion Soup and Chicken Caesar Salad instead. I'm so glad she did.The Chicken Caesar was delicious, but it was far overshadowed by the soup. The soup was simply delicious. I will probably be talking about it for quite a while.
The place is large with a comfortable atmosphere. Although there is mostly bar fare, there are specials each weekend, usually quality steaks at great prices. The cooks in the kitchen know exactly what they are doing! I highly recommended the quesadilla with chicken, which is phenomenal and over-stuffed, to say the least. Every time I order a steak, it is perfect and requires no seasoning. Most important, Carole is an absolutely phenomenal waitress and bartender. She is professional, kind, thorough, and will make your dining experience far better!
had a great dinner but wished they had more food selection but other then that it was awesome
Great Food Drinks Place at Bar to enjoy drinks and meet travelers especially weekday especially hotel adj use bar rest also
A top place for Italian food. i look forward to going back again. this place has a cool feel to it.
Had dinner with family and friends and was not impressed. Location was next to our hotel so we walked but we should have driven 5 miles for better choices to eat.
I ordered a beer and burger with fries, got my Miller lite had a drink and it was bitter, when I put the glass down I saw there was an ice cube in it then as I looked there was a sticky substance inside the glass towards the bottom(not a clean glass). Didn't drink anymore. I then ordered a burger medium with fries. When it came out the burger was burnt on the outside and red on the inside not that nice pink of medium oh ya and I was given a side salad instead of fries.

I had the displeasure of dining in this establishment. I ordered a simple chicken ceaser salad and I got a crouton salad with very little lettuce (and not Romain) as one would expect. And when I mentioned it to my server, all I got was a giggle. No sorry, no offer to take it off the bill, nothing!!!
Great smoked salmon sandwich.
I ate at the Foundry a number of times over several days while staying at the attached hotel. Some of the food was quite good average "nothing special" food (like salads, chicken nuggets & fries, the chicken pasta, and the Clam Chowder), but the restaurant is seriously hurt by very slow and often completely inept service. It was so ridiculous one evening that a member of our party went back into the kitchen to try and get some service! We had missed items that we ordered and never arrived, and we had items that arrived at the wrong times / in the wrong order. Just completely inept. Also they don't have a sparkling water available (other than club soda - no thank you), and a terrible wine selection. Thankfully I'll never be eating here (or setting foot in the attached hotel) ever again.
I waited for my salad 30 minutes. It was disgusting . Old leaves and chicken is dry.
While staying at the Hampton Inn next door, we came to the Foundary for lunch. The philly steak sandwich was really very good! The waiter was warm and friendly. The atmosphere was very nice - quiet and comfy. My friend ordered the claims and she said they were very good. I recommend the Foundary!
