Husband and I each got the bento lunch set. One octopus teriyaki and one red snapper teriyaki. Included a side soup as well, which was a nice touch. Food was decent but portions were small. Flavor was on the bland side but not terrible.

Ordered 5 sushi rolls for take-out. Got a regular maki combo (salmon, yellowtail, and tuna) along with a spicy tuna, and “Da Bomb” roll. Regular maki rolls were fresh and enjoyable with a good ratio of rice to fish. The spicy tuna roll was not overly tempura filled and had nice flavor. The “Da Bomb” roll was a nice change of flavor and was a good price for a shrimp tempura roll. It is a place I would return to order more sushi items if nearby.

We have always enjoyed the food here. We often order a mix of cooked sushi rolls, hibachi, and chicken noodle or fried rice dishes. We typically order the same two sushi rolls. On one particular evening, my husband placed the order online and chose the wrong sushi roll. When he arrived to pick up the food, the woman at the front questioned if we had meant to try a new sushi roll tonight. My husband said it was a mistake on his part. The woman said not to worry and immediately had the correct sushi roll made and did not accept payment for the additional roll. We were always amazed at the customer service! They have never messed up our order. We moved further away so we don’t order as often anymore, but this is still our favorite sushi and hibachi restaurant!

This is my second favorite go to sushi place in the Lehigh valley. Only reason I gave four stars is there is sometimes inconsistency in the quality, particularly for nigiri.

I got the lunch special with sashimi and a sushi roll ordered from Uber Eats and it was really good. There was an option for no rice which I checked thinking maybe it meant for the sushi roll to be naruto roll style or something like that but they included a note defining sushi and sashimi stating they couldn't do no rice for the roll haha that was ok with me it was just odd it was an option if it's not really an option but I appreciate that they took the time to write a note.

I love this place! I always order the lunch special. It is a great deal. The miso soup is wonderful as is the sushi. I've tried a few of the cooked rolls but my favorite is the eel avocado. They bag everything so nicely, give you utensils and napkins without you asking. Order is often ready very quickly.

This is the ONLY restaurant I’ve found around here that does hibachi delivery. Everything is lovingly separated so that your food does not get soggy. It all comes steaming hot, and tastes delicious. I would highly recommend it!

My husband and I ordered from here spur of the moment as we needed something quick but healthy while we were in the area. Seeing as this was our first time trying this restaurant, we went with the safer route and ordered a couple california rolls as sushi can be questionable when trying new places. We were pleasantly surprised! They tasted fresh and the avocado was very creamy. We will definitely be returning to try other items on their menu!

I haven't had good sushi in a long time, mainly because the places near Nazareth just aren't good. (Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.) I was in Allentown and decided on a whim to grab sushi on my way back (with a little diversion from my route). I'm so glad I picked Ginza as my sushi stop. I love that it's take out only with a little box to pass food and payment through. Everything was fresh and even stayed warm for my 25-minute journey home. Everything was perfect and the taste was spot on. Most places add extra sugar these days. (I don't want candy for dinner.) Ginza does it right. Thank you so much!

Ordered from Ginza tonight. VERY disappointed. The miso soup was clearly watered down. And the sashimi, particularly the tuna, was questionable. Very low quality and/or old, and breaking down (pictured). And frankly everything was expensive given the small portions and pieces. A big shame, and waste of money.
