Hampton Winds

One hesitates to say too many good things about Hampton winds because people may start realizing it exists and they will start showing up and keep coming back and there goes the neighborhood. But beyond the reality that this is an exceptionally fine dining venue in every way, the students, staff and Northampton County's excellent community college deserve our support in every way. They are an invaluable, and exceptionally tasty, community resource.

The staff and atmosphere at Hampton Winds is fantastic and the food is outstanding. Always a wonderful and relaxing experience. Great place to dine with friends and family. Compliments to all, especially our future chefs.

would not allow multiple credit cards per table when bill is being split. sauce was not thick on pasta dish, runny, not a good consistency. desert presentation very little flair tuna tartar was excellent.

Hampton Winds is ALWAYS a treat and an antidote to nearly every other restaurant. If only it were open beyond the academic calendar but it is a teaching restaurant. And it is fabulout!

As mentioned to Chef Will that vm on phone # needs to be updated. I was unable to make reservation for 6. Messages are not responded to in a timely manner. This happened twice. In May & recently. I tried to track down another number to leave info. I talked to main desk who chided me that this is a school & focus is on students. However, if you are trying to give students a well rounded experience it should include aspects of the business end.

Have eaten here several times always an awesome culinary experience at a great price.

Another exceptionally wonderful experience at summer BBQ Buffet. Extensive choice of protein (meats & chicken) as well as multiple sides, salads and finishing dessert selections. My applause to the faculty and students for exceptional food preparation and execution. Very well done! I look forward to my next dining experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish. A well trained front of the house student team was well versed about the summer menu providing detailed menu selections. The back of the house student team provided outstanding high quality meal preparation with well executed plate presentations. A memorable experience that requires return visits to enjoy each changing season menu offerings. Talented students trained by talented chef-instructors. Looking forward to enjoying the BBQ in August!

Hampton Winds is a treasure in the Lehigh Valley! Enjoyed a first-class experience in dining: delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. It was our first visit, but not our last. Looking forward to lunches and dinners there in the future. Bravo to everyone who made our anniversary celebration a special one.

It was good was a little sad to hear one of the long term waitstaff members had left but understandable that people need to move on when career growth opportunities present themselves
