I really enjoy the fruit drinks and the egg waffles here. The flavors follow Asian sensibilities: light, not too sweet, focusing on the fruit flavors. I personally enjoy these more than American or Belgian waffles, which are often too sweet and drenched in too much syrup. The boba here’s a bit too soft and squishy for my preferences though—I’m oddly particular about how chewy I want my boba.

This is one of the cutest bubble tea shops I have been to in PA! 😊 I decided to get the watermelon coconut milk tea and a oreo ice cream egg waffle. I usually get one of their coffee options, but I wanted to try something new. I was not disappointed because the drink was so refreshing! It was also served in the most adorable gingerbread man cup for the holiday season! The oreo ice cream egg waffle was also very delicious! The staff were really nice and made me feel very welcomed! You can tell that they put in so much love and effort into making their food and drinks look beautiful and creative, while also tasting super yummy!

Hocaa is one of the best boba places I've ever been to and definitely the best around Bethlehem! I've been a customer for almost 2 years and I love everything on the menu (their Thai tea in particular is amazing)! This is my go-to place for when I need to treat myself and the staff is always incredibly helpful and kind! Would highly recommend everyone to check this place out!

Boba is fantastic but if you order anything else (like a bubble waffle) your wait time will significantly increase. Each time I order a waffle I’m here a minimum of 15 minutes.

The best bubble tea I've ever had. Variety of flavors is huge and the consistency top notch. Location is very clean and staff is lovely. Lofi is always playing creating a very serene environment. I do hope they'll implement a loyalty program as I'm sure most regulars do. I have been four times now and it gets better with every visit. Their fruit and milk teas are high quality and delicious. A must stop if you're in the area for a sweet treat. You won't be disappointed!
