I judge a ice cream shop on how well they can do the simple flavors. They knocked it out of the park with their vanilla. It paired so nicely with a slice of warm apple pie.

Hotel B ice cream parlor has some of the best ice cream in town. They have a great number of items on their menu including ice creams, milkshakes, sundaes, floats, drinks and coffees. I love their connection to Penn State University. This place has great vibes. It feels very "homey" and "comfortable" when you're in there. They have a fixed ice cream menu that you get year-round, but they also have special ice cream flavor that changes every week. When I was here, I got the "Alumni Swirl Ice cream" which consisted of vanilla and blueberry. They are also reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. I got a "small" cup, which was about $5, they gave me 2 massive scoops of ice cream, which was enough for 2 people. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely come back again for some more ice cream from here. I would give this place a 10/10.

We came to Bethlehem for sightseeing during Thanksgiving week and had (apple pie and coffee break) ice cream at the Hotel B. Coffee break ice cream was really good. I wish i had double scoop, I regret it. I will be back and get double scoop next time.

Coffee break was amazing and always was sold out but now is without chips and another texture, why you change it?
The service and the ambiance are great! The “sundae” I got was very small with limited toppings. It was $10 and I had to pay an additional $1 for extra peanut butter sauce. I’ve gotten the same thing elsewhere in the valley that tasted better and was way cheaper.

I want to start with saying that the workers were so kind to me and my friend and the ice cream was wonderful! With that being said, there is no reason why I should be paying almost 11 dollars for two scoops of ice cream. I really appreciate this place and would love for the company to consider that things are already hard as it is.
