The brick oven pizza was fantastic. Zero flop (I don't care about lot about flop, but it's a thing. 😆), the pizza had great texture, dough had great flavor, pepperoni pizza was not greasy. Pizza could have used more sauce, but that's a personal preference. Garlic knots and pepperoni knots were on the small side, but very tasty. Good marinara.
