My sandwich was made very sloppy, I requested bacon and barely got any and it was also burnt and I do mean burnt no exaggeration. The bread that I got, which was rosemary parm was so hard it felt as though it had been sitting out all day without being put inside of a canister or been covered up. The bread was rock hard. I know how the bread is supposed to be and I know what the bacon is supposed to be like and I know how much I’m supposed to get because I get the same sandwich all the time. I just don’t come to this particular branch, but I will never ever come back there again. I was truly disappointed. I’ll stick to the Jersey Mike’s that I usually go to.

Horrible tuna hoagie so wet thru it out . Asked for Italian hoagie dry it had mayonaise on it thru it out too. Will never recommend or go there again.

It’s subs. You’d expect you can’t mess that one up. You’d be wrong.

I tried it for the first time ever the other day, the food was great, the service was awesome, I don't really have anything else to say it's just a good place, I'm going to edit my review, this place was a great place on the last visit my wife went to use the bathroom and one of the employees did not lock the door and sat there taking a dump with the door unlocked. Then when we said something up front nobody did anything about it just looked at each other and did absolutely nothing. That is absolutely disgusting and should not have to go through it or see it in a place that you're eating at. Absolutely disgusting never coming here again

This was our first time in this location. Emily and Jose were very friendly and professional. We wanted our subs made a specific way and they were very kind and it was not an issue at all for them. They said our would be 15-20 minutes wait for our food and it was only like 5 minutes. Most friendly jersey mikes we've been to. Great job to Jose and Emily for their professionalism.

Sandwiches are fresh cut, service is polite. This last time, I think he skimped on the meats. The sandwich was a little thinner than usual, but the taste was good.

We just got 3 sandwiches from here and we found a worm crawling in one of them and all we got was a sorry first time trying will be the last time

Way too pricey for the quality and portions of food. My soda bottle was also served warm in my pickup order. Decent bread.

So I've eaten here a few times, and it's usually fine, but I had the worst service I've ever had a Jersy Mike's. My mom placed an order for a chicken cheesestake with no cheese. When someone asked if it was a pickup, I assumed the pickup order on the table was mine, it was not, and I was told to wait, which would normally be fine if they were finishing, but they hadn't even gotten half way, as they were working on a large order, like 30 subs. Wouldn't it make more sense to do the pickup first? Anyway the staff was rude when I checked on my sandwich, and complained that they had a large order to fulfill for another customer who probably wasn't even there. As it turns out my mom had ordered me chips, and the lady didn't even ask me what kind I wanted, and just shouted at me as I was leaving, then just gave me a bag of doritos which I sort of pointed at but not really asked for and just gave it to me, even though I hadn't said that was what I wanted, I really should have just gotten them from the front but was short on time. Anyway, staff was rude, which was odd, they're usually fine. Very poor experience.

I had the most rude worker making my hoagie. She said she was manager and I am a celiac I go there often and always get a giant gluten free extra ham and extra turkey and lettuce . and that's all no cheese no condiments nothing else. I pay for the extra meat and she was so skimpy on the meat not what I usually get and I payed for extra yet she said you want a few more slices that going to be more of a charge. I was like noway am I paying 7 bucks for more.i am celiac and lactose intolerant that's why I can't have cheese and dressings. She was rude because for 1 they always ask me if I do gluten free for diet or allergy she did not she could care less and to say it's not my problem you not getting the way its usually made we don't substitute cheese and so.on. I never had a experience like this and very disappointed. Its the only place that was accommodating and this worker had me in tears. I don't think a gluten free hoagie at 27 bucks should be lettuce and bread. Literally is what I basically got .

One person at the front taking care of walk in customers and 4 working on take outs. 2nd time I've been there and that happened.

We gave our order. 3 sandwiches. The guy cut the bread but did not start the meat. Then 2 women came in. He took their order. Cut the bread - one said she wanted mayo on both sides so he started to make her sandwich. Added tuna etc. STILL did not cut our meat.

Meanwhile, we paid. He passes the breads to the next guy who is totally confused on who’s sandwich is who’s.

Then! They finally get to our sandwich only because one of the women told him to finish ours first. We told them one way was not Mikes way and had to repeat 3 times. Then the other sandwich was Mikes way. But they put mayo on it!!!!! Mikes way is NO mayo!!!!

If they had done it - one order at a time- like they are suppose to…. This could have been eliminated.

Even when we said they were not doing the orders in sequence. The guy looked at us like “screw you”.

Food was standard for a Jersey Mike’s. 2/3 of the staff were very nice but one had a slight attitude with everyone.
