First, when I'm on the drive thru to order, they turned off the lights outside the establishment. I think to prevent more customers from arriving because they closed at 9:00 PM, which doesn't make sense. Because everything was off outside, I couldn't see the menu well to make the order. The employee made me wait longer than "normal" for me to place my order. Since I am a recurring customer, I ordered the 3-piece BixBox, white meat. When I received my food, it wasn't white meat, and the dark pieces I got were ridiculously small and I consider paying $14.51 is a robbery! When I look at the receipt, I don't see anywhere about the white meat. Honestly, I think they did it on purpose because since there were 30 minutes left to close, they didn't want to serve more customers. I have the photo of the receipt and the miserable food that KFC gave me. I need this to be scaled to ensure that you are providing the customer service that is required.

The food is top notch. But the counter person there is not that much friendly. She just passing her time but not in a serving mode. And she continuously using phone during her service.

I placed a $24 order and added a $12 order on top. I got a 12 piece nugget (which they gave us 8 pieces) meal with an extra side and a drink and a 6 piece strips meal with a drink plus 4 biscuits. I went to the Easton Rd location and they said they didn't have the order but I asked if they could give me a small side of the Nashville hot sauce and they said they would but they'd charge me. Immediately after ordering I realized the address was Union Blvd. I drove to Union Blvd and let me say whoever the manager is, he has no clue what customer service is. I spent about $40 to be told I could not have the sauce. But if I were to order a KFC bowl with Nashville hot nuggets what's the difference if they just drizzled some on to my plain nuggets. He told me he can't do that! If I could give zero stars to a manager that denied a customer an easy request I would but one star is the lowest. I am appalled at KFC hiring someone who placed a so-called sauce before a simple customer service request. The sauce comes with certain orders. Why couldn't I have that?

Food alright. Good deals and the restaurant interior is clean and brand new very nice. The food is meh and sometimes idk what it is but some mushy things in the crust. Chicken could be spiced

I used the online app to order the biggest back meal that KFC offers for $15. My family had the biggest smile on their faces once they saw what we got lol. The only thing i would recommend is to have the option to switch the sides to something else.

i order through the app a family meal and when i got home it only had thighs and drumsticks, and no biscuits, i called and talked to Manager Mike and he hook me up with some fresh hot chicken and nice buttered biscuits. Mike had great customer service skills, the best service i had on a fast food restaurant!

I went in to get dinner for my family. I was waited on by Dennis. He was so polite and respectful. I told him I needed to order a small cup as well because I forgot my dogs cup of water at home and he was thirsty. Dennis immediately gave me a small cup and told me to get my dog his water and he would have my food up in a jiffy. He really made a rememberable impression on me. I appreciate young people who have respect no matter where they are.

Date for service March 28th lunch around 1:40 p.m. front counter service sucked to put it bluntly! Didn't let you know when order was up ( which was not even complete - they did not have the drinks) it seemed like they didn't read their computer slips! Also restroom had no toilet paper and when I let them know they looked at me like I had two heads and never filled it ( I checked before we left) Mind you they were not busy only 5 people in the place the whole time and we were part of the 5 people.

I ordered a family meal I paid 34 buck I barely got mash and gravy I ask the worker she said ooh sorry we only do two scoops the price I paid I expect to get the container filled sorry never will be going to kfc again gather spend it on Chinese food

This kfc is hit or miss with the chicken. Last time, it was bad. Time before that was the best fried chicken I ever had from any chain, the consistency is off balance. The sides last time were not great either.

Pretty disappointed! The food was just alright. the chicken tenders weren't crispy. The biscuit was old. And they did not give us any of the 3 different sauces that went with our meals. I ordered ahead on the app. They gave me my food, but I had to go back and ask for the drinks that should have come with the combos we ordered.
