I went with a friend who recommended the chicken with french fries and a side salad
The green sauce has a very light spice to it not too hot, the chicken was very well seasoned and cooked through and through, French fries were pretty good /plain and simple for you to season the way you want
Salad 🥗 👍 y la Inca Cola 🥤💯
Will I go back 🤔
Definitely to try something new

Food was delicious and the service was great too! Nice quaint spot in Bethlehem. Worth the hour drive from home ! My family and I really enjoyed the ceviche mixto, papa a la huancaina, and the pollo a la brasa! We didn't enjoy the flavor of the chaufa de Camerones as much as we hoped to but it wasn't bad at all. Would definitely recommend this place. Portions were also huge ! You really get bang for your buck here. Chicha morada was delicious too!
Had the Jalea, bistek a lo pobre, and the ceviche.
I've been here under the old ownership and it has vastly improved. Will be back
