Coming into this establishment everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would come here again. Very helpful with modification of sandwiches!!

2ND UPDATE: After several return visits, the service levels have not improved, and today's visit will be my last.
Unlike other Manhattan Bagels I have been to, this location is committed to having customers used the self service kiosks, which are clearly not as customer friendly as they would like you to believe.
During my visit, a total of 3 customer orders were processed using the kiosk, this despite there were employees there that could have taken the orders. ALL 3 ORDERS WERE RETURNED AND HAD TO BE REMAID AS THEY WERE NOT WHAT THE CUSTOMER THOUGHT THEY HAD ORDERED.
I waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich which I had to have them refund as I did not have the time to wait for them to remake it.
Just looked at my receipt, and noticed they kept the tip I left.
Unfortunate that they just can't seem to get the process down.
ORIGINAL POST: Have been to several Manhattan Bagels and they have all been very good. Not sure if it is because the location is newer, but definitely still working out some bugs and the bagels while good, are not at the level of the Phillipsburg or Flemmington locations. Similar story with the service. Hope they work out the kinks as they are conveniently located.

This is the second time this has happened. We order Asiago cheese bagels and then we are told there aren't any after waiting for 30 minutes!!!!!!! All we got were two bagels toasted with butter. When we were finally told about the bagels not being there we were given regular cheese bagels with butter. They bagels were cold as you can see the butter is not even melted. This is our 3rd bad experience here. But we wanted to give all those Chances just to say we tried!

I give up here. We've ordered on the app multiple times and when they opened they had extended wait times and we dealt with it. Orders were wrong, I get it, new staff, under staffed, very busy but at this point they've been open for some time now. This past weekend, we ordered on the app and gave them another chance and I ordered a BLT. It gave the option to change the bread choices from the standard bread to bagels and I chose the thin bagel among a few other options. Nothing was adjusted and I even confirmed it on the app prior to paying for it and seeing it for myself. It was on the receipt. My daughter picked up our order for the 5 of us. She got home and of course, my order was what was standard on the app, my selections were ignored. I just do not have the time or the energy. I just will not be going back. I did not call like I did before because again, we were home. I should not have to check my order before we leave. At this point it's just being lazy or they don't care. The prices are not exactly cheap, I don't mind paying a fair price for a good product and good service but in this case, I did not even get what I paid for. So tired of the excuses, I don't want anything for free, I just will not be back.
