We stopped in Greenwood, AR and were very impressed by Talon’s customer service. We were having an issue with our mobile app. He figured it out and took care of us. Great food and customer service this evening!

Why do we have to pull forward and park to get “fast food?!” Horrible. The employees get paid well now and their attitude is horrible. McDonald’s is going downhill fast and needs to practice better customer service. Things just aren’t the way they used to be and they no longer live up the mission and vision their founders had. Sad…

The food is good and some of the employees seem to be nice but not all of them. It is lousy that there is no curbside pickup. In the app it says it is closed, and there are no curbside parking spots in the parking lot. Get with the times and fix this if you want to accept mobile orders. If you need to hire more people, do it. It would mean a less packed drive through line that’s for sure. The drive through takes forever, I literally have been sitting here for 30 minutes.

It ridiculous that there is no curbside pickup available. There are no spots even though curbside is an option in the app. This is a fairly new McDonald’s so why would they not put curbside pickup spots in the parking lot? It takes like 45 minutes of waiting in the drive through line to get your food.

Worst McDonald’s ever, tables are dirty, garbage on the floors, bugs in the bathroom, no napkins available in waiting room, u have to wait around for someone to take your order, no straws given for the drinks, orders be messed up, you could go on and on about this McDonald’s just horrible even my kids said this McDonald’s is terrible they need to just shut it down

Never going back to this place. Waited a long time at the counter while an employee looked right at me and didn’t acknowledge me or say “we’ll be right with you.” There plenty of better options in the Westgate strip mall.
