I waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks. The manager refused to help anyone that had questions and they were obviously prioritizing drive times rather than order accuracy. This is a pathetic excise for a mcdonalds.

McDonald's says 'I’m lovin’ it,' but if they’re going to side with space-sponsored fascists over the neighborhoods that buy their burgers, they’re about to find out that the people aren't 'lovin'' the betrayal. If they want to be a fascist appeasement organization, they can enjoy their 'Happy Meals' while the community makes sure their profit margins look like a 'Broken Ice Cream Machine', permanently out of service. Ordered food on the app drove there pressed I arrived at 10:55 AM by the time I got to the window it was 11:02 AM. The lady proceeded to tell me that I got there after 11 so I could not get my order they were throwing the breakfast all the way and switching over to lunch. I told her I was there at 10:55. I pressed I was there at 10:55. I cannot help that there was a line around the building of cars waiting in the drive-through, but I was there and pressed I was there. She proceeded to tell me that it was too bad there’s nothing I can do. They threw the food away. My order was gone in the trash. There’s nothing they can do. I have to be at the window before 11 AM when they move slower than a slug . I had my 2 kids with me , when I asked to speak to the manager, the girl that was the ignorant with me the entire time then told me that she was the manager, so I asked for her name and she told me she does not have to give me that information and would not give it to me, slammed the window in my face and then they proceeded to send workers out and hand the food out to the cars behind me and have me sit there for 25 minutes until eventually, I just left because they wouldn’t open the windows or do nothing. They wouldn’t give me a receipt showing that my order was canceled. They would not give me the manager‘s name personally speaking to the manager a little blonde girl who looks like she’s about 18. This is not over I will be seeking legal action. My lawyer will be in touch.

This is a new McDonald’s it opened up. I don’t know if maybe a year and a half ago but I’m about to post a review that’s not positive because it seems like order accuracy is an issue here. My order a sandwich and requested no onions through the mobile app. Even the ticket says no onions and I go to eat the sandwich and there’s plenty of onions. I sure hope they fix the issue with order accuracy because if not, I’ll have to go to another McDonald’s or maybe even change Resturants altogether. After picking out all the onions, I ate the sandwich of course because I can’t waste things with the way money is so tight these days.

Right around 50% order accuracy no matter what hour. The majority of the help could care less about customer service however there are a couple employees that take pride in their work and and it shows when they are working. The only time order accuracy and customer jumps up is when a higher up management member is called in to straighten the place out and that only last while they are on site.
I swear they have a hard time getting my order right just about every time. This time I ordered nuggets cooked to order - waited 10 mins they were ice old and my qtr lb I requested extra onions and I got ZERO onions 🤷 like WTH? I just stop going to this location

i like this mcdonalds so much better than the one on union, fast service and there was a guy working on december 17 around 3 pm calling out orders, he shouts them out loud but in a nice way, hes enthusiastic. while walking out i saw him giving a curbside, he was very kind to the people in the car. i appreciate people like him
