Chicken nuggets were over cooked they forgot to hand me my drink and they ignored me and or walked away when I said I have a second order to place and I had to wait 5 minutes to place my second order through the drive thru

Every time I order the same item, filet of fish extra tartar sauce they forgot my extra tartar that I pay for. Yesterday same thing. Except they handed me my food and not a thank you,bye nothing. I got a grumpy face and window slam For what? I did NOTHING WRONG! McDs Corporate needs to start with firing the Manager who doesn't give a damn( the older short female ) and get new crew) because doesn't matter day they're messing up my,my neighbor,friends orders every time! And I go 2x a week to treat the kids and spend $50 each time

We have visited this establishment many times and have always been able to order the specials as advertised on TV. This time, we went to order the $5 meal deal as we have several times before and at other places, but were told this had to be ordered on mobile order and pay. It’s a bit annoying to have to use the app to place an order when we are already using the app for other items. The $5 meal deal isn’t really a coupon as it is ordered as a combo such as the dollar deals elsewhere. Very dissatisfied.
