I've had several messed up orders at this particular location of the years. Then tonight when when they messed up again, instead of getting my order right, the response was "we'll have to charge you." No thank you! I'll go to 191 from now on.

Drive threw was surprisingly busy after midnight.

I went to this McDonald’s around 3am. I waited about 15-20 mins in the drive thru, which is understandable cause of the time. I arrived at the window after the 15-20 mins and the guy which I’m guessing is the manager had a bad attitude. We received our food & our fries were cold, I asked for fresh fries and it tasted like they were just dipped right back in the oil. I also ordered a quarter pounder and they’re supposed to be cooked to order and Im sure it wasn’t cause it was cold & seemed like it’s been sitting. I understand for the timing & low staff cause there isn’t much service at this time, but that’s not an excuse to giving your customers poor food/ service.
17 minutes for 1 McRib sandwich. Then you wonder why people stop going to McDonald's.

Another longer than twenty minute fast food joint. No accountability, boycott them until they get their order times better than Sheetz. This is slow food. Ordered at 8:13 still waiting at 8:30 for half my order. This is awful. I'm actually going to complain this time.

I ordered a mobile order and the food I received was horrible. It was extremely hard and cold. The fries had no salt and the Big Mac chicken meat was so thin and hard it was edible. I was worried about getting sick from it. All the workers were dancing and hanging out when I arrived and they were not busy so they had the time to make the food semi fresh. Do not recommend going here!
