Ten stars are needed to adequately rate the Mediterranean Grill.Where to start? We celebrated a birthday earlier this month. The service was impeccable. Since several in the family were not acquainted with Mediterranean food. But no problem, it was all expertly and enthusiastically explained by our server. (I wish that I could remember her name. But she made the experience so much more enjoyable than it would have otherwise been.) For those of us who did know Mediterranean restaurants, we all agreed that Apollo Grill was the best we had ever encountered. One thing that really stood out was how fresh the ingredients were. I would recommend the sampler appetizer. The baclava with ice cream was to die for. Best hummus ever. I could go on, but I should stop here…all the dishes were great. When we went, the music and noise level were exactly right. We could easily converse, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. The value is unbeatable. We cannot wait to go back.Wheelchair accessibility: One of our party was in a large powerchair.

The food’s overall good but the prices are too high for lunch service. Dinner prices are fine. Please make lunch more affordable. The upgrades add up. Lunch should not be $13 for a single pita sandwich with no sides, with it going up anywhere between $2-7 when upgrading the pita to saj. $6 for a fries / side salad and drink is too much. Someone opting out of the combo might leave not completely full despite paying $13 for lunch. The fattoush and grilled veggies are great. I’d recommend against the chicken shawarma as it’s cooked on a griddle, not a proper shawarma.

Excellent dinner. We both got the Mixed Grill and it was made to order...more food than we could eat. Highly recommend

A gem of a Mediterranean restaurant. Finally I have found an excellent Greek, Lebanese and Armenian restaurant in the area. Everything we had was delicious ?! The atmosphere was excellent with the decor and ambient music. The place is new and clean and bright. Randa was exceptional hostess. Very informative as the style of cooking was unlike any we have had previously. Quite unique as it was a blend of ethnic home recipes. We will be back soon to try all the other dishes on the menu. One other uniqueness is that Randa makes her own pita bread called Saj that is a thinner alternative to Pita. We did not try this time, but will when we return. Thanks to Randa and her husband for introducing us to this awesome ? restaurant!

We got take out for the first time tonight and OMG the flavor! This place is the real deal! The Mediterranean Salad, the rice and the homemade Hummace were my favorite!

Decided to try this place out last night. We got take out. The restaurant ambiance seemed nice. We picked up 2 shawarma wraps, one lamb and one beef. Unfortunately the wraps were very tough and hard to chew and they were extremely over salted. We couldn’t even finish a half of the wrap. Disappointed because it’s very close to my home.

Utterly delicious. Theres a huge variety for gluten free, vegan or vegetarian options. They were amazingly conscientious of food allergies and limitations. Seriously one of the best meals I've had living in Bethlehem, and moderately priced. Service was friendly, warm, and accommodating. The decor is basic but gorgeous.

I don't normally rate 5 stars, but I believe this place deserves it, as they check all of the boxes for things I want in a restaurant. Delicious and authentic food with some unique options not available anywhere else locally like the smoky Basturma Armenian curing meat - this is now a new favorite of my son! The last time I had a good lamb shawarma was in Manhattan, but in my opinion, the one here is the best one I've ever had, and again - not something available elsewhere in the valley! If you are getting a sandwich of any kind, go for the one with their fresh Saj bread - it is so fresh and delicious! Besides the wonderful experience with the food, the atmosphere is cozy, and service is also top-tier, as the owners are so friendly and obviously take pride in their food and restaurant experience! we are definitely coming back here again soon!!!

My boyfriend and I ate here today and had amazing food! We got the stuffed grape leaves and hummus, the hummus was truly best and creamiest we've ever had! I got the chicken gyro which was delicious and he got the lamb shawarma in the saj bread. Neither of us have had saj before and if you're coming here you need to try it! Well definitely be back!

This place is absolutely crazy from the moment you walk in you are extremely welcomed and made to feel like you are about to experience fine dining. There are no expectations and whatever you don’t know you will learn. The little details start to become more apparent as you make your way through the meal. Everything on the menu is authentic from preparation to ingredients to final product. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

This place is a gem! Randa was incredible. She obviously loves what she is doing and was so happy to educate us along the way. Her husband, the chef, clearly knows quality food, as every bite was packed with fresh and flavorful ingredients. I don't believe that I have ever enjoyed a Mediterranean dining experience this much. Another beautiful part of this business is that their son works with them and will hopefully carry on their wonderful legacy. I hope one day to own a restaurant with my family that is of this caliber. Thank you for the incredible hospitality and the mouth watering food! I'll see you again at your grand opening in April. And so you remember me, I'm the guy who put the black pepper and mint in my yogurt drink!
