This place is always so clean. Everytime I come in there, the owner is always spot cleaning after every customer. Love it! Of course the yogurt and toppings are delicious. I am dairy free and I love the different options available whenever they switch out the flavors.

The health inspectors need to come to this place and do an honest inspection. They should check for the maggots in the bins. The filthy trash cans and the substandard open fruit bar with the fruit flies! If you have allergies to mold…ThenI it would be wise to be knowledgeable in what you are consuming at this establishment at this present time.

Staff was nice but there weren't many flavors or fro yo. Bathrooms were very dirty. The toppings were very good

The staff member was kind, friendly, and helpful. The frozen yogurts are delicious (and you can sample the flavors), but the store itself feels scuzzy. The trash can was overflowing, the mural wall is dirty with fingerprints, and the containers at the toppings bar look disgusting.There was also no outdoor seating.

I went to Menchies a little earlier today and it was very clean! The employee was very kind and I will definitely be coming back:)

This place has been going downhill, and I think it's about hit bottom. This weekend I went there with my family, and was sort of greeted by an unfriendly girl sitting at a table texting away in her phone. No uniform or anything so we didn't know she was an employee until she finally came up to us to say "help yourself." I was with my 5 year old daughter picking out yogurt flavors, and when she tried the one "mix 2 flavors" lever it came out all liquidy and gross looking. The employee happened to be standing nearby and rudely told us something to the effect of "Now you have to throw that away. That's cleaner in the machine that came out. You have to read the flavor to see what's working before you pull the lever." OK, that was weird. But on we went. At the end of the line the toppings were pretty sparse, and they were out of a lot of things. There was syrup and other food-stuff all over the floor, and there were bottles of syrup on the counter rather than in their usual dispenser. My wife picked up a weird lid that was in the melted marshmallow machine, and a swarm of fruit flies escaped. The not-so helpful employee then shouted "Your not allowed to use the marshmallow. That's why there a lid on it." WHAT? Not allowed? There sure as heck better be a lid on the melted marshmallow topping so what makes you think that I should know that I'm "not allowed" to use it. Maybe a sign would have been a better idea. Or perhaps maybe someone who works there could take the dispenser in the back or just throw it away rather than use it to raise a swarm of insects. But she went right back into her phone again before ringing us up so I figured she just had better things to do than care about us. And the signature mechines cups and spoons were nowhere to be seen either. Cheap, thin blue paper cups and clear plastic spoons were the only thing provided. We sat down and the floor was disgusting. The bases of the tables were covered with goo and toppings. My wife wrote a friendly email to Menchies corporate to tell them about our experience, but 3 days later she hasn't received a reply. So I'll share the experience here now instead.

Came to get some frozen yogurt for my toddler, left disappointed because the place was closed. Said it should be open until 9. No note anywhere why it was closed either. Not a way to run your business.

Call before you go, their hours said their open until 9pm and I was here at 8:40 and she said it’s closed. Just waisted my time.
we went to menchies at 9 and there was just an employee sitting inside with the doors locked- without a mask- itching her feet- touching her face and watching videos on her computer. she just looked at us and shook her head at us. the door said the place would not be closed until 10, yet i guess she had a different idea.

This is the only Menchies that I've been tio where the yogurt looks and taste different. The texture is very wet and runny. I did ask once if there was something wrong with the vanilla because it normally doesnt look that way and the employee seemed annoyed that I asked and said "that's the way it always looks" I've only been here a few times because it is closer to where I live. I Idefinately prefer the airport road location over this one
