We grabbed desserts to go. It smelled amazing in there. Got a flan and chocolate cake. Flan didn't have much flavor. Chocolate cake was decent..... till I was half way done and discovered MULTIPLE long wavy hairs in my cake. Will not be trying anything else from them after that.

So there are 4 parts of opening a restaurant ,service , food, price and atmosphere. Its a great idea to open you own establishment but you have to have someone who is knownledgeable and trained in these area. Service you have to be fast and efficient . Food has to be done right people who go out to eat are trying to find things that they eat often and are looking for the best one. Price should reflect the industry which was normal and atmosphere should have a thing to seperate you from the next place. Service needs training ,food eggs where over cooked for a benedict got to be runnie and the canadian bacon was so hard and chewy. Price was normal , atmosphere was ok. Hope the review helps with your future growth, training is available if needed be blessed .

While they don't really update their social media or have a working web page, their food and service was wonderful! Huge portions, a lot of love goes into their food and everyone was so kind. The Patacon de la casa and coconut lemonade were phenomenonal and I'm sad I live in NC because I could eat here every week

It's a good place, very good food. Good service although sometimes the employees take too long to come to the table, either to take the order or to take the bill. The atmosphere is very good, the music is a little loud.

Nice place, beats the other colombian restaurants in lehigh valley, good portions nice modern atmosphere, the food was good but needed a bit more flavor. All in all we had a good experience!?

My Roots, a taste of the owners family favorite foods. Bring them to Allentown to share with all.
Evey dish is served fresh and hot. I try to stop by as often as possible as the Pandebono and hot chocolate are great along with all the other amazing things to enjoy.
