Place is a dump the bathrooms have no toilet paper place has no limes no salsa, the rice had NO salt at all and rice was old and hard , customer service was trash. Never again I will go there.

Got a burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, queso, cheese and sour creme. Had to say something to get a decent amount of chicken but still had a small serving after an extra scoope. The white rice was old and was undercooked. Didn't ask for lettuce yet still had a handful of it. The quest tasted like melted american and nothing else. My wife who usually likes quac couldn't finish her food. I recommend to never go there.

I went in before my husband had to go to work there's two people in front of us with only one person working. Mind you this person is on there phone on FaceTime with the phone in the food station instead of grabbing the orders in front of us he grabbed his phone and keeps talking just not right. No wondering their doing so bad in business

Ordered the Homewrecker bowl, and when I got it home there was no cheese, no pico and no sour cream. The tofu was the worst I've ever had and the lettuce had gone bad. So I got a bowl of rice and beans with guacamole. Terrible.

My girlfriend and I went there last night at 8 o’clock. The store closes at nine. She started to get a homewrecker bowl but they had no cilantro rice and they also had no chicken, only had steak.
We weren’t greeted when we walked in the door, not even a smile. The people that worked behind the counter were greeting friends and pounding fist with their buddy before even talking. The woman that was working there had a miserable look on her face while she was serving another customer.
We normally go to the store in Bartonsville and I’ve never had a problem. This store was horrible. We left

Very rude I’m a grub hub driver and picking up a order, on the app it was telling me to call before going inside so I call a the guy just hangs up me so I walk in and look at him and think he knew who I was and was avoiding me till another employee had to take care me

This is the worst moes I have ever been too. I was shocked on how terrible the service is; the meats were barely edible and the fresh produce seems as if it’s been sitting out for days and going bad. I threw most of it away. Save you’re self the hassle and just drive to any other moes.

They started hiring new people they suck and there terrible in every aspect the 2 middle age women that usually serve me are good but these younger workers have no idea of what there doing I came there at 8:15 45 minutes before closing and they already locked the door and I was knocking because that’s almost an hour before closing is crazy and this younger girl is tryna act like she didn’t see me. Love the 2 middle age girls but the younger workers need to go
