Another great thing about Monocacy Coffee. Its the best resurrection coffee around. I am not one to dispose of my old coffee. I soon dispose of old sour whiskey, and that is stating alot. Anyway, day, two day old coffee ? Don't want to suffer the burnt re-cook of the stove, or the radiated foaming microwave ? Crack out the old perc from the camping supplies. They roast their own Monocacy brand coffee on-site, with a visible roaster in the back. While baked goods are from another bakery, the hot coffee is decent.
