Was the driest pizza I ever had . The “vodka bomb” was more like Hiroshima leaving nothing but dust in my mouth . I truly dont think any sauce was even on this pizza . So beware the pictures are deceiving . And the Italian wedding is made with cut up penne . Come on you guys can’t afford a proper noodle ? I don’t know about you but I personally don’t want anyone handling my noodles to that extent not even with my own hands .. anyway safe to say I’ll save my money and skip out on this place in the future .

Normally the food is delicious. Maybe not the best for pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas the other night thru Uber Eats. The pepperoni pizza was incredibly greasy. I don't complain about food but this was a ton of grease.

Awful experience here.
Had a belated Christmas gathering with family members due to multiple households individually having Covid/Flu during the entire holiday season. Hosted at our home, and Napoli is less than 10 minutes away. Ordered our food and wasn’t given a delivery estimate (maybe I should have asked - Sunday night, so I didn’t expect an excessive wait time). Over an hour after placing the order we called to check on the status and were told the driver was out with the order for a while, but they’re backed up and if after 45 minutes the pizza hasn’t arrived to call back for a cancellation.
Asked for them to just go ahead and cancel the order, as we didn’t expect to have a pizza delivery spanning in the 1hr 45 min mark, and were met with an extremely nasty response refusing to help us in any way. Weren’t overly concerned with the wait time, more so the food quality after such a long time out for delivery. Had we have been told the delivery was going to take that long, we would have just opted to leave our guests and grab the food ourselves. No big deal.
Just shy of the hour and 45 minute time, our food arrived ice cold from a delivery driver that was so high he was almost nonfunctional. Listen, to each his own. But when the food is so cold and soggy that the box is soaked through and ripped, you can’t show up in that condition.
The state of the pizza speaks for itself. 1 full veggie and a half veggie/half pepperoni pie completely inundated with wet, cold green peppers. picked up a slice and it was just mush. disgusting, wet, cold mush.
Spoke to the owner who agreed the experience shouldn’t have been what it was. Sent her pictures and she agreed that what we got wasn’t what it should have been. She agreed to a refund of some sort (we didn’t ask for a full refund & informed her we did not want a credit, as we would not return) and have since been given the runaround and eventually ghosted.
I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for all of my adult life. It doesn’t take 3 weeks to make an issue right.

The food is great and we have been getting pizza from Napoli for about 2 years now. The garlic knot pie with vodka sauce is amazing and my favorite pizza in the Lehigh valley!
My only complaint is how ridiculous it is for a wait and how nothing has changed in the 2 years we’ve been getting takeout from here. The first time, we were told 45 minute wait and got there about 50 minutes after we called, and sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for our pizza. They gave us a free dessert to make up for it which was a nice gesture!
Every time since, there have been about 2 times where the pizza has been ready upon our arrival, but we usually tack on an extra 10-15 minutes from the time given on the phone.
The most recent order i had called at 5:34, and they told me 30 minute wait. With their history, I always add on an extra 10-15 minutes from the time they say (which i shouldn’t have to do, really, just say the actual wait time?). I was having company arrive at 7pm, had i followed the 30 minutes, the pizza would’ve been done by 6:05. I didn’t arrive until 6:21, and to no surprise, they tell me it’ll be a few more minutes. I finally get my pizza at 6:37, and now have to rush home, as i sat around waiting for 16 minutes and multiple people who came in after me got their food. They explained they were short 1-2 staff members, which i COMPLETELY understand! But then why say 30 minutes on the phone when you know it’s at least an hour wait? Again, i truly do love the food here and the couple who owns this seem like great people, but it is so frustrating when your time is constantly disrespected and you’re paying $30 for a pizza, it is ridiculous. Imagine if I had gotten there at the estimated time of 6:05… I truly hope they see this review and take from it that they should really start being realistic in their wait times because everyone’s time is valuable.
I really don’t mind a longer wait, what i do mind is being told it will be ready in a certain amount of minutes and then being told it‘ll be a few more minutes upon arrival, then waiting an additional 20-30 minutes almost every single time. It’s disrespectful to paying customers time… if i don’t have to stand there waiting for the pizza for 30 minutes, id rather not. I would prefer to be told it’s going to be an hour or so until it is ready. If this didn’t happen almost every time we have ordered from them (about once a month or once every 2 months), I would have given a 5 star review, but I feel the constant let down of service is worth 4 stars.

I ordered take out from here today and I’m incredibly disappointed. I’ve noticed that the last two times I’ve ordered from here, the chicken has been pretty gross. It doesn’t taste as flavorful as it used to and the chicken cutlet tastes and looks like a chicken patty now. I was craving chicken parm today so I decided to give Napoli one last chance. I’m definitely regretting it now. My chicken parm was like a chicken patty with cheese and sauce on it. I’ve been ordering from here for years and I’m sad that the quality seems to have gone downhill but I think I’m done ordering from here now.

I had a very simple meal tonight there they’re 18 inch sub. Italian was phenomenal the soups especially the Italian wedding tasted almost homemade and the chicken noodle soup was awesome sometimes simple meals make a place.
I also had on another day there shrimp scampi that was excellent plenty of food for two days and also my wife had sausage and peppers with an angel hair. OMG food for two days and it was top quality fine restaurant stuff I’m telling you very good food.!

Spent over $100 and was rushed out. The staff were extremely racist. Will never return back.

This place is really great, probably the best pizza place in the area.
The entire menu is excellent, from the pizza
Which is excellent to the burgers, the entre's, the antipasto to the desserts.
They are always well staffed and the food is very consistent.
BTW they also make great Italian sub.
Makes me feel like I'm back in Jersey!!

Definitely one of the best pizzerias in the Lehigh valley. A hidden gem which we have gotten pizza from several times. It's definitely worth the 20 or 25 minute drive. Best specialty pizza selection than most pizzerias in Lehigh valley in Poconos. Try it, you definitely won't be disappointed. Take that from a pizza connoisseur lol

I’m leaving a 1 star review and hoping for a response since you won’t answer the phone. I ordered a Cali cheesesteak and received a chicken cheesesteak. I called back to make you aware and nobody would answer. Very disappointed
