The food here is absolutely divine. I have dined here with my family a few times and we are never disappointed. In fact we plan on going back tomorrow. The prime rib garlic knot sandwich lives rent free in my head and that is exactly what we'll be having tomorrow. The specialty garlic knot crust pizza is another of our favorites. They also have the best wings we've ever had. I can go on and on. However, there are two things I would suggest improvements on. 1, they need a better drink selection. 2, the seating isn't ideal. The floors are slippery and the chairs slip and slide too much. Regardless, Napoli has become one of our favorite restaurants!

I regularly drive 30 minutes to this place because of how good their pizza is, four stars and not five because of the slot machine in the lobby and the eternally broken soda machine

We got takeout tonight with chicken Marsala and baked penne ala vodka. Both entrees are fabulous, and enough for a few more meals!!!

Ordered takeout from Napoli's for the first time on Saturday, July 5th, after hearing it's a great place for super pizza and beyond. I believe pizza is the best food on earth and their sicilian pizza and Gramma's pizza was fabulous! Soft crust in the middle, piled with fresh toppings with a delicious pizza sauce that tastes just like fresh tomatoes! I wish they would offer that as an option for those of us who would like extra sauce! Also tried a california cheeseburger which was HUGE and made perfectly and came with the crispiest golden fries ever! We also got the crispy chicken salad with the best chicken I have ever tasted! Then topped our order off with their famous bacon cheese fries loaded with mozzarella cheese and bacon pieces and fried cheese ravioli which hit the spot! The following Thursday we ended up placing an order for delivery and among other items, tried their 18-inch cheesesteak sub with extra cheese and green peppers and I have never seen a cheesesteak filled so full of meat and cheese perfectly mixed from end to end of the bun! The rib eye meat just melts in your mouth! Highly recommend all the above selections! Oh, and they delivered our food 15 minutes earlier than estimated arrival time which was great! This is our new pizza place! Hands down! Our high compliments to all the workers at Napoli Pizza!

Was the driest pizza I ever had . The āvodka bombā was more like Hiroshima leaving nothing but dust in my mouth . I truly dont think any sauce was even on this pizza . So beware the pictures are deceiving . And the Italian wedding is made with cut up penne . Come on you guys canāt afford a proper noodle ? I donāt know about you but I personally donāt want anyone handling my noodles to that extent not even with my own hands .. anyway safe to say Iāll save my money and skip out on this place in the future .

Normally the food is delicious. Maybe not the best for pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas the other night thru Uber Eats. The pepperoni pizza was incredibly greasy. I don't complain about food but this was a ton of grease.

Awful experience here.
Had a belated Christmas gathering with family members due to multiple households individually having Covid/Flu during the entire holiday season. Hosted at our home, and Napoli is less than 10 minutes away. Ordered our food and wasnāt given a delivery estimate (maybe I should have asked - Sunday night, so I didnāt expect an excessive wait time). Over an hour after placing the order we called to check on the status and were told the driver was out with the order for a while, but theyāre backed up and if after 45 minutes the pizza hasnāt arrived to call back for a cancellation.
Asked for them to just go ahead and cancel the order, as we didnāt expect to have a pizza delivery spanning in the 1hr 45 min mark, and were met with an extremely nasty response refusing to help us in any way. Werenāt overly concerned with the wait time, more so the food quality after such a long time out for delivery. Had we have been told the delivery was going to take that long, we would have just opted to leave our guests and grab the food ourselves. No big deal.
Just shy of the hour and 45 minute time, our food arrived ice cold from a delivery driver that was so high he was almost nonfunctional. Listen, to each his own. But when the food is so cold and soggy that the box is soaked through and ripped, you canāt show up in that condition.
The state of the pizza speaks for itself. 1 full veggie and a half veggie/half pepperoni pie completely inundated with wet, cold green peppers. picked up a slice and it was just mush. disgusting, wet, cold mush.
Spoke to the owner who agreed the experience shouldnāt have been what it was. Sent her pictures and she agreed that what we got wasnāt what it should have been. She agreed to a refund of some sort (we didnāt ask for a full refund & informed her we did not want a credit, as we would not return) and have since been given the runaround and eventually ghosted.
Iāve worked in the restaurant industry for all of my adult life. It doesnāt take 3 weeks to make an issue right.

The food is great and we have been getting pizza from Napoli for about 2 years now. The garlic knot pie with vodka sauce is amazing and my favorite pizza in the Lehigh valley!
My only complaint is how ridiculous it is for a wait and how nothing has changed in the 2 years weāve been getting takeout from here. The first time, we were told 45 minute wait and got there about 50 minutes after we called, and sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for our pizza. They gave us a free dessert to make up for it which was a nice gesture!
Every time since, there have been about 2 times where the pizza has been ready upon our arrival, but we usually tack on an extra 10-15 minutes from the time given on the phone.
The most recent order i had called at 5:34, and they told me 30 minute wait. With their history, I always add on an extra 10-15 minutes from the time they say (which i shouldnāt have to do, really, just say the actual wait time?). I was having company arrive at 7pm, had i followed the 30 minutes, the pizza wouldāve been done by 6:05. I didnāt arrive until 6:21, and to no surprise, they tell me itāll be a few more minutes. I finally get my pizza at 6:37, and now have to rush home, as i sat around waiting for 16 minutes and multiple people who came in after me got their food. They explained they were short 1-2 staff members, which i COMPLETELY understand! But then why say 30 minutes on the phone when you know itās at least an hour wait? Again, i truly do love the food here and the couple who owns this seem like great people, but it is so frustrating when your time is constantly disrespected and youāre paying $30 for a pizza, it is ridiculous. Imagine if I had gotten there at the estimated time of 6:05⦠I truly hope they see this review and take from it that they should really start being realistic in their wait times because everyoneās time is valuable.
I really donāt mind a longer wait, what i do mind is being told it will be ready in a certain amount of minutes and then being told itāll be a few more minutes upon arrival, then waiting an additional 20-30 minutes almost every single time. Itās disrespectful to paying customers time⦠if i donāt have to stand there waiting for the pizza for 30 minutes, id rather not. I would prefer to be told itās going to be an hour or so until it is ready. If this didnāt happen almost every time we have ordered from them (about once a month or once every 2 months), I would have given a 5 star review, but I feel the constant let down of service is worth 4 stars.

I ordered take out from here today and Iām incredibly disappointed. Iāve noticed that the last two times Iāve ordered from here, the chicken has been pretty gross. It doesnāt taste as flavorful as it used to and the chicken cutlet tastes and looks like a chicken patty now. I was craving chicken parm today so I decided to give Napoli one last chance. Iām definitely regretting it now. My chicken parm was like a chicken patty with cheese and sauce on it. Iāve been ordering from here for years and Iām sad that the quality seems to have gone downhill but I think Iām done ordering from here now.
