Very disappointed ! I had the chicken alfredo from Nick's in the past and it was very good. Today, we ordered take-out (3 meals) 2 Chicken Alfredo and 1 Chicken Carbonara - both made with the same alfredo sauce. The sauce had no flavor nor did the chicken.So disappointed :( , we were looking forward to a good meal.

A hidden gem in Bethlehem. Nick’s Pizza provided superb service to our group of 40-plus high school students and parents from Jersey City in town for the FIRST Mid-Atlantic District Robotics Championship at Lehigh University. Fresh garden salads, garlic-drenched Buffalo wings, the best ziti I’ve ever had (the sauce was amazing!), near-NYC quality pizza and a spot-on house Merlot fairly priced. We booked the back room but overflowed into one of the front rooms as tables slowly opened up. This is without doubt a popular place and clearly a favorite of locals, so we immediately knew we made the right choice. Such a warm and friendly staff too. I highly recommend Nick’s Pizza.

Huge thank you to Nick's for hosting our robotics team dinner and helping make our evening so memorable. The food was excellent. (Big shout out for the delicious, fresh meat-eaters pizza with a delectable crust.) And the team at Nick's could not have been nicer. We had many more people attend our party than we expected and they graciously accommodated the overflow and kept the food coming. Rosa was the best waitress EVER. She handled the large party without missing a step and never got flustered even when we threw in special orders last minute. Great food. Great service. As one of the parents put it: "A gem in Bethlehem"

Woman behind the counter was amazing. Came in to buy a soda, went to pay with quarters and she insisted on buying my soda with the money from the tip jar, so I decided to grab a slice and she just gave me the slice as well. She has renewed my hope in people. I'm not used to people being nice like this.

My kids and I stopped here for dinner after a day of snowboarding. We are all vegetarian or vegan. We had an order of fries and a white, a plain cheese, and a vegan cheese pie. It was all fantastic.Vegetarian options: The vegan cheese pizza is delicious!
