I always judge Chinese restaurants based on the hunan chicken, and this place is on point. It's just the right amount of heat. The lo mein and fried rice are also really good. The checkout lady is super nice!

We have tried numerous Chinese restaurants in the Lehigh Valley. We occasionally try a new one in hopes of experiencing stellar cuisine. After looking at some of the reviews, my local guides I thought this place would be worth a try. I ordered online and was good. It was easy to order on the interface, including adding custom request like “no onions”. It is in a strip ball so parking is easy and adequate.
I was taken back when I saw the counter. It appears tired and cries for a coat of paint on the baseboards. She a video and judge for yourself. There are several tables and you could conceivably eat there. They do not appear to be any restrooms.
Of course, the food is the most important thing when evaluating a restaurant. Unfortunately, it did not live up to some of the stellar reviews. The chow fun was soggy and overcooked. It was quite salty as if it had been soaked in soy sauce. The MaPo tofu had no flavor at all. it is one of the dishes. I often use to evaluate Chinese restaurants. While everyone makes theirs different. It is a good test of the chef. This was one of the worst versions I have had. The egg roll and chicken with cashew nuts were acceptable, but strictly average.
I understand the difficulties of running a restaurant and I don’t minimize the challenges. Nevertheless, in the end, it is about the quality of the food . There are better options in the Quaker town/ Center, Valley, Bethlehem area.

One of the most delicious chinese restaurants in Bethlehem/Center Valley. The wait time is only in a matter of 15 minutes, plus they provide a great amount of food!

I was in town for work and didn’t feel like going out. I had placed order and within 30 min I had my meal! I wasn’t expecting much being delivery but this surpassed my expectations, everything was hot and delicious!! They offered very large portions and at a great price. I recommend!

Food is not good, taste like old oil and looked burnt but meat was raw... nasty would never eat there again.....
Vegetarian options: Super fresh, rich flavor. We tried this as a back-up to our usual and what a wonderful surprise. The ginger chicken- beef with noodles was amazingly flavorful.
Much better than they used to be
