I really enjoy this Panera Bread location because of its view of the water, with ducks wandering around. The interior ambiance feels like a cozy village house, complete with a chimney, and it attracts people of all ages. My rating is mostly based on the unique atmosphere of this particular location.

I have been disappointed more than twice when ordering for delivery. Delivery is not the problem, they’re prompt and courteous. When I order a bottled beverage, they substitute with a fountain drink without asking! I do NOT like the fountain drink. It’s very frustrating.

It's sad how bad Pantera has declined since it best days. I decided to check it out and what a disappointment. Limited menu to the past, average taste and the store was filthy especially the bathroom. My son recently moved to the area from Wisconsin, said he has checkout out the Panera near him in Whitehall, PA. He agreed to what I experienced in Bethlehem.

Panera used to be one of the best places to get a breakfast sandwich. now 1 small scrambled egg, 1/2 piece of cheese for the $ is not worth it. used to be a peppery vermont cheese on an xlarge over easy egg on a grilled ciabatta.staff was great, knowledgeable and friendly, quick serviceplace is clean and taken care of.

I have been to Panera plenty of times and this was the first time I had a bad experience due to carelessness of the staff and their lack of customer service behaviour. We ordered a hummus avocado cheese sandwich and they didn't put the avocado and the hummus was excessively spread in it. Moreover, that bald man was rude and didn't care about customer satisfaction and their needs. I realize that Panera is always busy but their service was so poor and hardly seemed to care for anyone. Never going back there again.

Ridiculously overpriced for cold soup. Paid 30 dollars for one bowl of soup, one bowl of mac and cheese and two drinks. My boyfriends mac was served ice cold, not even felt like it was heated.

Pretty disappointed. I spent $19 including a tip and my chicken noodle soup was pitiful, I got like 4 noodles. I seem to always have an issue here with the soup. I love Panera but I think I’ll need to go to a different location.
