I usually only give 5 star reviews but after being so hungry and paying so much and getting atrocious food I am forced to put this review. Basic food pasta - not boiled utterly uncooked. Too many inexperienced ppl - over-staffed causing chaos behind counter and serving lousy food. Pizza too saucy and burnt / overcooked in brick oven - get a simple timer for god’s sake -ain’t that hard. Too much focus on charging high prices with not enough cooking lessons or hospitality training.

Pats Bistro is all that. Artisan Pizzas of all kinds. We had the Garde pizza, it had eggplant, peppers, zucchini, shaved garlic, slow-roasted tomato cheese, and extra classic sauce. Fire oven-baked goodness. Definitely going back, must try!
Dietary restrictions: Food overpriced. Flights went from $30 now $45 for same amount. The Aurora sauce was good but dry on pasta. Asked for more sauce and advised I’d be charged? Sophia Loren was good, and the penn with vodka was good but dry as wellParking: Lot small. If filled then I’m street parking which can be tough.

My work today brought me to Bethlehem, PA and to Pat's Pizza and Bistro. I ordered their eggplant al forno and was not disappointed! It was delicious ?Their sauce was tasted fresh and bright, the eggplant was not squishy or gooey, the cheese was perfectly melted and topped with whips of ricotta. Definitely recommend!

Probably one of the best places around the area for great authentic Greek food
My husband and I have driven past pat’s 100’s of times and have always wanted to go in and try the food. Highly recommend!!! Food and service were great. Their pizzas are rectangular and the sauce is amazing. We will be back!
Spaghetti taste like cheap sauce out of a can ? and no bread orsalad with the dish? Never again!

Was excited to try this place out since everyone raves about it. Horrible first impression. And it was definitely hyped up. $80 worth of food down the drain. Ordered delivery, received my food cold and my pasta sauce was spilled all over the bag and other food, the portion definitely wasn’t worth the price either. The chicken sandwich tasted like it came from the frozen section same goes for the “freshly made” focaccia bread. To top it off my ekmak dessert came frozen. Clearly fresh out the freezer. I’ve had better food at the local bar. Disgusted and disappointed is understatement. Don’t waste your time or money here!
