Perkins American Food Co.

OMGGG! This place was AMAZING! And the food was soooo good! I had never been to a Perkins before but my husband knew them from down south. We were visiting fam in Pennsylvania and came across this place on our way back to NY. Their prices were awesome AND they have a menu for people 55 and over. I thought that was great. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. I tipped my waitress $20 bucks cause she was so great. Excellent first time ever experience and now I am a fan!

I love going to Perkins. I normally go to the one in Bethlehem by hill to hill bridge. I went to this one this morning, I got what I always get fried chicken biscuits. One of the biscuits had fried breading no chicken what so ever!!! I bring it up to my server and she says she’ll have to charge me extra for more chicken….. there wasn’t any chicken on there to begin with….

My server Arianna was attentive to our needs, pleasent, helpful, and I could see she enjoyed her job. She should be given much praise.

My husband and I just moved to Pennsylvania a couple of years ago. We live pretty close to Perkins and enjoy going for dinner. We’ve always had good service and kind staff. The last time I went in with my son and on my way up to the counter, I heard the hostess telling the manager & another staff member, “They are coming up to pay. Shh, be quiet.” I looked around and I didn’t see anyone else walking so obviously they were talking about us.
I asked them why they said that and they denied it. They said “oh we were just talking about something else.” I responded “obviously you’re not because she looked right at us and then made those comments.”
They continued to deny it. I was given five dollar coupon for the next time. Huh?
I thought this was extremely rude.
At least if they admitted that they said it or what they were talking about I could have respected that, however they just kept denying it. If they didn’t say anything, why did I get the five dollar coupon?
Anyway, there’s 1000 places to eat in Lehigh Valley. Acting like this towards customers does not make them want to go back.

Good food, good service and have never been disappointed with anything during many of my visits there.

I haven’t been to Perkins in a few years, but last night I had a fantastic dining experience! The food was EXCELLENT, the waiter was super efficient and very nice, and the Manager, Chase, was exemplary. Chase was so friendly and courteous and he really put a perfect touch on the entire evening. I live in the Lehigh Valley and I will definitely come back more often to Perkins on Rt. 22! Thanks Chase and Team for all of your hard work and for making a Wednesday night meal memorable!
