Would leave zero stars if I could. Took my mom there after her doctor's appointment today. The young blonde girl was rude to us. She sat us at a table where one side was wooden chairs. I asked her could we have a booth so we could be more comfortable..my mom is 80 and I'm no spring chicken. She immediately got an attitude and said I have to wipe it off first as she huffed and walked away from us. She mine as well had poured a glass of water on the table ad she left it so wet couldn't put my arms on it or cell phone. Sat there 10 min and not one waitress came to take our order or anything. We just got up and left. Guess we weren't the right complexion for protection and respect.

Fantastic experience during a busy Sunday Morning. We had a large 9 person group so we were expecting a wait. The staff told us 30 minutes but we seated in less than 15.Tabatha was fantastic as our server. All orders were perfect and she was able to split the check for the three different families that were eating together. Well done, Tabatha.Food was delicious. Overall great experience and we will repeat the next time we are in the Bethlehem area.
I have to give the food 1-star because we never actually got our full order! After waiting almost an hour for our order, our food comes out, and of course, it is ice cold. We send it back in the hopes that it'll be a quick turnaround, only for the manager to come out and tell us their kitchen is backed up. We would now have to wait an additional 15-20min for our order. Instead of there being some urgency, he proceeds to ask if we're going to wait. We decide not to and get told that our order will be removed from the bill. Well, of course, it should be. We never got the food. Instead of comping our coffees for the inconvenience of it all, we end up having to pay. That brings me to the 1-star for service. Never again! This was a terrible experience.

This Perkins knows how to treat people! The customer service is unreal.The food was pretty good overall and it didn’t take all too long to come out. It was VERY quiet - probably one of the most quiet experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant but the music was down and almost no one else was there at all.Parking: This Perkins has more parking than it could possibly need.
