Stopped by for counter service and it was a ghost town. The two people working didn't even notice someone despite the bells on the door. Owner can't rely on whoever you hired. Walked out unnoticed and with no food. Shameful

Just picked up our takeout order and it was horrible . The thin crust pepperoni pizza was not thoroughly cooked as well as not hot and tasted terrible and the original breadsticks tasted like cinnamon stick bread sticks with icing. I had one piece of pizza and threw it out. I was hungry for pizza but that was gross.very disappointing .

Just had the most unsatisfying meal I ever ate. Ordered a meat lovers melt; product was cooked to the point of burnt, greasy, left uncut, halfway full, cold marinara on side. Terrible quality control. Serving the ingredients in the box probably would have tasted better

The food is good - as expected from Pizza Hut, the service was fine, and the restaurant clean. It must have been a very long time since we ordered from Pizza Hut, because Wow! When did it get soo expensive?! We paid $45 for ONE mini personal pan pizza and 18 wings, We spend that much in places we can sit down to eat, get more food, get free refills, and bottomless fries. Just saying.

Can't get enough of Pizza Hut, it's a shame there's none close to me.
My problem is ordering on your website! I would have ordered more things but once you "add" something, you can't make any changes to the item you add! I have to order separately to get it the way I want it. Fix your website to allow editing an ADD item please!

I ordered three items. My large pizza was supposed to have the crispy cup pepperoni, and they put regular pepperoni on it. That cup pepperoni was the only reason I ordered from here. They also couldn't be bothered to cut my cheese bread.
