This is why I haven’t been back here in years. I thought I’d give them another try, and order a pizza and Margarita pizza. I called and ask about their margarita pizza’s. Since we know original Italian margarita pizza is Marina sauce , with fresh Mozzarella, with fresh basil. So I placed the order, specifying what I wanted to make sure they could do it. When I got it, the pizza was soaked in water on top. I couldn’t believe it! So the lady taking the order was nice, but she had misunderstood me, not sure how that happened.
So I asked for 3 toppings to make the margarita pizza. I got a regular cheese pizza, sauce with cheese. Then big large bone melted mozzarella on top, with cut tomatoes, that were soaked in water and ruined the entire pizza! I couldn’t believe it.
I went back in and said, asked if you can make the margarita the way I asked. She said, yes. So what I got is not what I ordered on the phone. She said sorry, we can make it that way. The owner or guy making the pizza came over and yelled at me! Saying you don’t know what you want do you! I was about to say, please don’t speak to me like that, but just said instead I do. I placed the order specifically asking for a regular marinara sauce, fresh melted mozzarella, and basil. I got something completely different.
So they made another one. She showed me, it wasn’t right again. I took it anyway. Cause I don’t want to start a fight with the owner, since he was so nasty and rude. I had a long day at work, and just wanted to get home to relax. The owner made it exactly what he wanted, and not caring what the customer ordered. He said, we only make it one way! So what was the point in taking my order, after I asked if it could beard this way. Anyway, I had enough and left. This is why in over the past 7 years I haven’t gone back in. This owner is still nasty & rude to customers. Thought things would change. I definitely wanted to give him a piece of my mind in treating people nasty.
You guys want a real Italian pizza 🍕 Luberto's Brick Oven Pizza & Trattoria or the PA HOUSE. Both wood burning pizzas. Absolutely amazing pizza and service!!!
Great people. Great food. Fair prices.
Rude employees all around the board. I was on the clock as a Doordash driver and I asked about my order status and was totally ignored by each of the men who were working at the time. I will never step foot in that establishment again and I will make sure that family and friends don’t either.
This is a picture of your grandma’s pizza. Barely any sauce on this thing. Also, there was ZERO tomatos in the sauce. It looks like they just applied water to whatever was left over from the bucket
Great pizza
Very friendly service
Pizza was good. Tomato pie was better. Came out quick.
Well balanced pizza. Reasonable prices.
Ordered take out. Gave us ONE plate. Tuna sub was good. Wing sauce was good, wings were soggy for the price. Chicken in salad was not seasoned. Stromboli was more of a extremely greasy cal-zone. Only thing I would order again is the tuna sub.

Very unfriendly staff. They act like they are doing you a favor. All of the employees seem like they are miserable. And I did not like the way they touched my food with their bare hands. I will not return.

Very unfriendly staff. They act like they are doing you a favor. All of the employees seem like they are miserable. Employee appeared to be touching his nose/mouth and then used his bare hands to put my pizza slices into the box. I threw the pizza away, and I will not return.
Picked up a small steak sandwich for lunch. I walked in to order. Super quick pleasant service and my food was ready fast. The steak was good, the roll was great. I felt like it was a good value for the size of the sandwich.

The only pizzeria in Bethlehem that still makes the perfect pizza - as good as it was 40 years agoThe oven is at the right temp. The hands making the dough are the hands of a pizzaola, who understands the science of such a seemingly simple thing to make. The crust is perfectly balanced, chewy and crisp, bubbles airy, unlike the majority of pizza places that take short cuts and don't use quality ingredients,,and often keep oven temps too low to make a good pie.The tomatoes must be San Marzano, as they should be, for that fresh and fruity sauce - and not too much - against the perfectly stringy and chewy mozz, creating that perfect harmony of artistry. The closest I've found to Joe's Pizza, NY
